At Toscana Forno, we want you to feel like you’re at home. That’s why we’re so excited about our new restaurant in South Peabody.

When you step through the doors of Toscana Forno, you’ll be transported from your everyday life into a place where no one is rushing around, there’s no stress and everyone is having fun. You can relax with friends, enjoy the company of family or even just take some time out for yourself and sit back with a glass of wine while you wait for your meal—or two.

    The food and service was wonderful. Ordered the cast iron Lasagna and Steak tips with porcini risotto and butternut squash, both were so fresh and flavorful . It was my mother’s 70th birthday and they made her feel so special with a delicious brownie sundae sparkler and all! Thanks to all the staff we will be back soon.

    The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. My group and I spent a. hour waiting for our food to arrive.

    My first visit to this restaurant and had an exrtremely good visit. Amal was a terrific server and made the experience great! Food was great. Very happy!

    This was a tough review to write. Mostly because when we asked to be moved to another table after being seated against an outdoor window with a huge draft, we were told that they didn't have any other seating for us. They wouldn't seat us at a 4 top, and they said all the other 2 seat tables were taken...okay, so where does that leave us? Freezing while eating or leaving? Thankfully we saw the bar was open and we sat there. The bartender was so sweet and nice, and overall, the food was good. My husband's Chicken marsala wasn't the best. Great portion, but the sauce was very week and almost too sweet. My Lasagna with the vodka sauce was amazing, as was the meatball & ricotta pizza. Overall, we would go back if we lived closer., though I'm still shocked that they didn't try to seat us at a better table...I mean we made a reservation...smh.

    Maybe it's me, but the noise level at the restaurant is exceedingly LOUD. I'm tired talking to my friends at such high volumes. It didn't help that halfway through the meal, several 20 something year old guys were seated nearby who seemed to take pride in who could talk the loudest. I remember those days. The food was 'meh'. My scallop risotto was not great with the scallops kind of chewy, while the risoto was dry. The bass special (2 orders) was completely 'thumbs down' by both diners. Bass was dry, the homemade pasta had almost zero flavor. No one finished their meal and didn't want to bring it home. On the plus side, our server was excellent, but unforuntately I can't remember her name for a shout-out. The cocktails were very good, a thank you to the bartender. Also thanks to the pastry chef for the great bread pudding and creme brule. The quattro formagi pizza we ordered as an appetizer was also excellent.

    Server was fantastic! Atmosphere was nice - not loud or crowded. Nice, large bar. But the food was bland.

    This restaurant has amazing food and wonderful service! Would highly recommend if you’re in the mood for some delicious homemade Italian food! The cocktails are to die for as well! Manager Theresah, runs a well put together restaurant! Highly recommend!
