My wife and I were seeing a show at the Warner at 7, made reservations for 530. Right at 530 we were seated, gifted a glass of champagne because of our anniversary, and we chose the 5-course chef’s choice. Every dish was exquisite and imaginative. We got wrapped up in the moment, lost track of time, and they were able to get us back on track without missing a beat. One of the best meals and overall experience we have had. Thank you to the chef and the staff; five star meal, atmosphere, and experience.

A good friend recommended this restaurant and said it was the best Italian food in DC. The only coral I have with his statement is that it is probably the best in the United States. The service was impeccable and the food simply terrific. It was the most memorable evening and we cannot wait to return.

I suggest the chef's tasting menu for a special occasion. It is worth the $$$.

Our first visit, enjoyed a 5 course chef's tasting menu. Everything was excellent. Highly recommended for a special occasion.

First and definitely not the last time at Tosca. Service was outstanding and I absolutely adore when people are friendly. From the front desk to the manager to our outstanding server. AND then the food!!!! DO NOT MISS THE FOCACIA!!! Salads are outstanding and my husband had the Spaghetti with clams - best I've ever tasted! I had the branzino- outstanding!!!! Can't wait to go back!!!

We throughly enjoyed our meal at Tosca this evening. The service and the food were impeccable. Our waiter knows the menu well and was quite enthusiastic in her recommendations. We were very comfortable (and satisfied) with her recommendations. Menu highlights were the scallop appetizer, the agnolotti pasta, the steak entree, and for dessert the gelato and chocolate dessert options. We will happily return in the (hopefully near) future.

Always a lovely dining experience at Tosca. Food is delicious, we had lobster risotta, strip steak with small caeser salad and lamb chops with asparagus. All exvellent! Service is knowledgable and attentive without being intrusive. Sommelier is excellent and very friendly. All in all a wonderful evening. Highly reccommend this restaurant for special occasion or just a lovely evening in a refined setting.

This was our second visit, and we were reminded why we wanted to come back. The food is delicious and beautifully presented, but what makes Tosca memorable is the all-around professionalism of the staff. Brian, our server was very helpful with good advice and attentive service. He even moved us to a quieter table when a large, noisy group was seated next to us. I highly recommend the gazpacho, the grilled octopus and the risotto. We also had a pasta special with seafood, which was delicious. Next trip to Washington, I expect we'll be back again.

Pasta is delicious!! Perfect serving though it was so good I could have eaten more though then I would have stuffed myself and would have felt uncomfortable!! Just the right size!! All the pastas were delicious !
