   There's a reason why I always return, and it's not just because I'm upstairs. The service, the food, the atmosphere are always top notch. Grateful to have Tosca in close proximity.

   Beautiful restaurant w nice variety of Italian food. Very upscale. Unfortunately my pasta ragú dish was pretty small. I wanted to spit w my friend. But once it came out I regretted that decision. Tasty but such a small portion for $30+ I prob wouldn’t come here if you are hungry. lol.

   Muted ambiance, enter bar right, caviar service was good. Service was intermittently good, not excellent. Wine menu could benefit from an experienced sommelier. Convenient location.

    This was a very pleasant meal. We had a simple meal of salad and pasta; both were excellent. The staff was the very best--prompt, courteous, pleasant. a perfect and comfortable conclusion to a busy and cold Washington day.
