I love Toro Toro, but they were extremely busy, and it took an hour for our food to finally come out. That was just too long for me. My server was great, but just couldn't handle the demand. They were overbooked for sure and under staffed. The food was outstanding once we got it!

Our server was great but we waited 30 minutes between courses. Breakfast should not take 2 hours. Very disappointing. Chef and Manager were spoken to and neither one did anything to help the situation. Stop understaffing your nicest restaurant.

Hostess, wait staff, manager were all very cordial and personable. Each one wanted to make sure you had a great dining experience. We arrived early for our reservation and they seated us upon arrival. By the time we left the restaurant was packed. Would definitely dine there again! We ordered the wedge salad, 8oz filet, snapper, and potatoes 3 ways. We also ordered the churros for dessert. A wee bit too much sugar in the churros for me but overall delicious!

My wife and I both got very sick right after leaving the restaurant. We shared an appetizer of ceviche and believe that was probably what made us sick.

Beautiful space. Service and food both were great. It was a little loud at first. The waiter did ask if the music was too loud and we said yes. He did adjust that. Shared an entree and it was more than enough. The tuna tacos were so good! Chips and guac great as well.

Food not that good. Loud DJ for Sunday brunch? 25 min to get vehicle when left. Understand it is Hotel but 4 valet standing around doing nothing. THEY WERE NOT BUZY. No plan to come back

Scott, thank you for your feedback and for your business. Not only are we looking at the music levels, but we have changed a piece of our Valet service from within the restaurant. The hotel can get quite busy from time to time, especially in the early hours while many guests are checking out of their rooms. Our hostesses and servers will now ask at the start and near the completion of the meal if a guest has parked with our Valet and if they would like us to begin the process of having their car fetched prior to the conclusion of the meal. This should enable us to get a time estimate of how long it will take, and hopefully utilize the time we have with you during the final course to retrieve your car. In the event it is taking longer, it will be on our time, and not while you are outside!

Brunch food it’s so good, I love that you can try a little bit of everything, taste amazing and food quality it’s great. We loved the live DJ music, great vibes and music. The only thing it surprised us was the poor service, we had to wait too long for our drinks to get picked up from the bar, our waitress was just chatting and not paying attention to when the drinks or food were ready for us. Overall the experience was great, but service can be better.
