We are here for our wedding with both a Welcome Party and wedding reception here at the Viceroy in the coming days. We were treated as special guests, which was lovely. The service from Thelisa and Suman was outstanding. The food was delicious and the portions were great. We didn’t get to see the restaurant before the remodel, but it is very nice and approachable for guests and those wanting a nice dinner out without having to get too dressed up. Do it!! We enjoyed it very much.

The newly remodeled restaurant is beautiful. The food is outstanding and there is a great selection with an expanded sushi menu. The lobster tacos are my favorite with the chicken a close second. Free valet parking is an added bonus.

The restaurant started as 8K fifteen years ago. It was good. Toro took over several years ago. The food was ok. It is being renovated now and half of the restaurant is closed. The kitchen is closed. Food is cooked at a different place and carted o the dinner room. The menu is barebone and uninspired. Food is over priced for what it is even for Snowmass. The ambiance is good in spite of the renovation. The cocktail is good but is the only thing worth the trip. A glass of wine is $65.00. I will only go there for the cocktail and not for dinner.

Really disappointed to have made a reservation for at Toro for our anniversary and when we arrived, they said it won't be open until August. It is beautifully decorated but no customers were there. The manager said they could serve lounge food until Toro was open. We felt tricked.

Toro is currently being remodeled, but while they are remodeling the chef is still whipping up incredible entrees served in the hotel lounge. Service was great, the food was great!

Food was delicious, specially the ribs and the dessert. The waitress Tali - I am not sure about her name who is from Puerto Rico was outstanding and very friendly!!

Toro offers a wonderful dining experience. The atmosphere and service are terrific. We shared a number of appetizers that were delicious.

The octopus has to be sent back - too chewey and cold. We ordered the broccolini and asparagus, they ran out of asparagus and didn’t let us know, just sent broccoli and didn’t say anything. Only when we asked, they told us about it. When the check came, they had charged the wrong wine bottle, for a more expensive one. We had to check and complain for them to correct it.
