In celebration of Torno Subito Miami’s opening, world-renowned chef Massimo Bottura is flying in to host the restaurant’s inaugural six-course dinner party. Guests can expect a tasting menu featuring a curated selection of new dishes that Head Chef Bernardo Paladini describes as a “reflection of personalities in the kitchen,” complete with a welcome cocktail and a drink pairing with each course. The award-winning mixologists from 2019’s World’s Best Bar, Dante, will also be in attendance, crafting their signature cocktails made exclusively for Torno Subito Miami.

How lucky are we to have a Massimo Baturo restaurant in Miami? We had an incredible meal with top flight service. Wine list is extensive and very reasonable. Can't wait to go back!!!!

Miami is incredibly lucky to be the location for the first US Massimo Bottura restaurant. Torno Subitto will quickly become everyone’s favorite place to gather and celebrate over incredible food served by a team that is clearly excited and proud to be there.

If you’re use to pseudo Italian food made for the American taste. This is not your place. The combination of ingredients and the way the chef plays with traditional ingredients is amazing . Great experience

It is beautiful, and everybody has had great energy from the beginning of the experience, from the first floor and up. My waiter's service was not great; the bossboy was more on top. Maybe it was her first day, but she wasn't on top of things; she tried to order a drink for dessert and returned after the dessert was over. We over-ordered because the waiter told us everything was on the small side. Also, I didn't love that we had to order everything at once. The food was good; the tartare, the scallops, and the polo were amazing. I didn't love the Miami twist on the caccio e peppe; the tortellini sauce was overly strong for me. I ordered the Negroni Rosa; it tasted like children's medicine, so I switched to the Vermentino. That was amazing. Overall, it was a good experience will try different things next time hoping for a better service.

The food is fantastic! Probably the best pasta in Miami right now. Finally some competition for Macchialina and Boia De. Some elements of the restaurant surprise you and remind you of Osteria Francescana in Modena. Like the deconstructed pizza that starts the tasting menu or the balsamic vinegar chocolate lollipops that ends it. The service still needs a bit of polish if it wants to be a Michelin star restaurant but the staff is very friendly, and you can tell they are trying, they just feel new. Overall totally worth the trip.
