We provide casual dining table service to customers and employ a server staff to take orders and deliver food.

One of the most important aspects of sushi is the way customers interact with the chef. At our sushi bar we offer Omakase: the customer leaves it up to the chef prepare one piece of fish at a time, which is seasonal, elegant, artistic, and uses the finest ingredients available.

Real sushi takes a lot of time from the chef dedication and passion.
Torii has it secrets of rice preparation and demystify the seafood sashimi grade that is suitable for raw consumption. The menu consist of hot and cold tastings. Along with sushi, sashimi, yakitori, and tempura. Features dry ages such as beef, fish, and poultry. Omakase based on seasonal items. Customize customers' orders according to preferences and food allergy considerations.

Picky eaters who are craving for fresh seafood delivered to you right from Japan, please read this review. My requirements for food are very high, I have very sensitive palate to any even mildly non-fresh produce. The food here was amazing!!!! Seriously. Two days ago we were trying to celebrate personal event at Roka Akor and food quality there was so bad compared to Torii. We tried a variety of dishes and everything was mouthwatering and fresh/premium quality. Please order Truffle Tuma - unforgettable taste! Their uniju with eel - such a delish warm premium eel. Also hamachi maki roll was right Japanese quality with no sauces just plane and balanced taste. Even miso soup is full with seaweed - yum! The staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is great and they played Louis Armstrong ….ahhh it was such a wonderful visit. Highly recommended.

Amazing dinner at Torii! Fantastic food, great interaction with the chef, and nice drinks. Highlights: black throat perch, shiromi mushi, fried softshell crab, maguro tataki, and foie gras! Uchi level Japanese restaurant in Katy!

We did their omakase and wow, some of the best sushi I have ever had. Every single thing we tried was amazing. And the service was very impressive as well. Will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a good sushi spot in the Houston area.

Simple… go check this place out. Ambience was elegant and tasteful, it paired really well with the food and drinks. Service was top notch and knowledgeable about their menu. Their prices were fair in most cases and paired well with the high quality execution of the food. Food was stunning. We got the wagyu hot rock, hamachi appetizer, a few nigiri options (hirame was so smooth and just melted in your mouth), and two rolls. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and hope this place continues to shine. They did go out their way to make a table marker with our names and have us a little treat to help celebrate our recent engagement! Definitely coming back many times.

The food was tasty and fresh. Service was friendly. The restaurant served really good food in a average restaurant environment. There was not much ambiance to the place. It was like any other restaurant in a strip mall. Portions were very small, we ordered a lot of dishes, paid a lot of money and still went away hungry. We actually walked down to another place nearby and ate more food.
