    You definetely pay for the engineering achivement or a rotating tower… cuz food is overpriced and service is as terrible as the tipping culture goes on US. It feels like waiters and waitresses don’t like to work there, they are blunt and not friendly at all. Food is as bad as it goes. Blend, not fresh ingredients, not tasteful. The city offers way better food. So as I said above, you pay only for the engineering experience of a spinning floor, that ends there. No reason at all to come back as a customer. While restaurants that costs $30 for a steak have already got thousands of dollars from me, the Top of the World will get the $300 for a dinner and nothing else. I don’t recommend nor say it’s a MUST HAVE experience. You can habe way better things in Dubai for this price.

    What a wonderful dinner experience. From the very beginning the atmosphere was perfect. Our waiter Josef was a top notch, courtesy, kind and absolutely on his game. Suggestion greatly appreciated. The food was fantastic, melt in your mouth steak & delicious sea bass. Thank you

    The food was cold pasta over cooked and the short ribs were all fat no meat and greasy. Never again! If you want good food this not it. just go for the ambience then yea go fr it.

    Steak & cocktails were very good. Pasta was delicious. Seafood was about as good as you’ll find in Vegas, which is not the bays of US East Coast nor wharves of California but still quite good for the middle of a desert. View was of course spectacular. 4:30pm was wonderfully quiet for conversation, both as a couple and conversation with our tween aged children.

    The only draw back that I didn't like was that you now have to pay 25.00 per person just to sit on the rotaing floor. It's ridiculous to charge customers to have a rotation view. For me it was 100.00 just to sit down. Food is also over priced. Everything is ala carte. Won't be coming back here again. I'll stick to Gallaghers Steak house in New York, hotel.. great food and less expensive. They don't charge you 25.00 per person for your table. 😩 make dinner more affordable.
