Top of The V, 12th floor rooftop setting provides spectacular views where guests can enjoy SoCal’s year-round beautiful weather as well as features an exhibition kitchen, private dining room, pool and a stunning outdoor dining terrace with fire pits.

We embrace culinary influences throughout Spain and love to introduce guests to new techniques and flavors. To accompany the menu is a Spanish-influenced beverage program and modern classics, resulting in an effortlessly cool craft cocktail bar. Our bar’s feature 20 taps that pour local craft beers from across California, and the wine list features bottles from Spain, California, Oregon and the Old World.

    Service was mediocre at best, we ordered the Sea Bass which was tough to stomach and then the Steak Tenderloin which was actually pretty good. Food and cocktails were mixed up everything time our server came over to take our orders. She was very kind and sweet but could tell she was new and wasn’t properly trained. Restaurant was overrated.

    To start off, we were immediately seated which had me very surprised because it is usually booked out. Before coming I sent a message to the restaurant workers about an anniversary that the dinner was meant for. They let me know that they would give the server a heads up to give us a complimentary dessert, but this did not happen. The service was okay, just came by a couple times to check in, nothing too special. The food however was very expensive. We ordered a Land & Sea and the Steak rice. The food was not that tasty as the flavors did not work together. The ambiance however was very nice and that is the only compliment I can really give.

    The food was delicious, the service was excellent, but the only thing was we were eating outdoor at night, there was not enough lighting to see what we were eating. The light that was next to us ran out of batteries. No one from the restaurant even try to fix it. That was disappointing.

    They do not have the original chef, shrimp was very good, Octopus I expected more char and a sauce on the side, not swimming is a sauce.

    I had a lovely evening at the restaurant great views. Service was excellent. The items were just perfect for sharing. The Bomba rice aka paella did not look that appealing quite honestly but was so yummy. We had the vegetarian one the cabbage and the shrimp were very tasty.

    The Food was excellent... we ordered shrimp, octopus, Bomba rice and sirloin.... all tasted excellent and the service was one of the very best we have experienced. We ask the server to take pics as were celebrating our anniversary and she did more than what we expected. She even took videos of us. The server always checked up on us as we were sitting outdoors. The food came promptly, and all fresh silverware and plates were provided after our appetizers. We definitely recommend this place, and we will be coming back.

    We recently visited Top of the V for a birthday dinner with a group of 10 people, expecting a special evening with great views and food. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the extremely rude and unprofessional behavior of our server. From the moment we arrived, the server made it clear that they were not interested in providing good service. They were dismissive, impatient, and seemed annoyed every time we asked a question or made a request. For a restaurant that markets itself as upscale, we were shocked by how poorly we were treated. It really put a damper on what should have been a celebration. The food and ambiance were decent, but the lack of basic courtesy from our server left us all with a bad taste in our mouths. We had high expectations, but sadly, we won’t be returning or recommending this place to others.

    It was definitely a very beautiful celebration. The ambience was outstanding. The food was amazing. Since we have a reservation, there was no waiting time. Drink option was good. Service was good, but could have been better. We could see that there were some waitresses that were better than the others but overall, who has the best experience will go back again, !
