Top of The V, 12th floor rooftop setting provides spectacular views where guests can enjoy SoCal’s year-round beautiful weather as well as features an exhibition kitchen, private dining room, pool and a stunning outdoor dining terrace with fire pits.

We embrace culinary influences throughout Spain and love to introduce guests to new techniques and flavors. To accompany the menu is a Spanish-influenced beverage program and modern classics, resulting in an effortlessly cool craft cocktail bar. Our bar’s feature 20 taps that pour local craft beers from across California, and the wine list features bottles from Spain, California, Oregon and the Old World.

    I was looking for an upscale Spanish restaurant for an anniversary dinner. We'd gone to Spain a few years back and loved it, so we were looking to relive some of those flavors. Unfortunately, this was pretty lackluster food at Disney prices. In my reservation, I was suckered into paying $10pp for a window seat with a view of a highway and California Adventure in the distance. The place was maybe half full, so I definitely didn't need to do that. We were sat and asked if we were celebrating anything, and I said it was our anniversary and that was the last we heard about it. We then ordered a couple of cocktails. My partner had something made for her that she liked. I ordered an espresso something or other as it listed one of my favorite rums as the first ingredient. It was one of the sweetest beverages I've ever had and I had to have them make it again. I think I've sent back one drink in my life. If its just an espresso martini, just call it that. I was expecting a coffee-ish, rum cocktail, not starbucks. We ordered the pan cristal with tomato, a dish we had often in Spain. The bread was great, unsurprisingly, since they import it, but the tomatoes were just entirely unseasoned and bland. I get it, it's January, but salt is still a thing. The jamon croquettes were basically jalapeno poppers. If there was any jamon in them, I couldn't find it. The octopus was actually great. Cooked really well and had an interesting sauce accompanying it. We also did enjoy one of their bomba rice dishes - essentially paella, though our server told us it was Basque style. It didn't have that crispy socorrat bottom and was pretty light on portion. I can say that the price of this dish was insane for what it was. We finished with some basque cheesecake, which was decent and headed home 250ish bucks lighter and pretty underwhelmed. Not a place we'll return to.

    Great location with a view, however, we made the reservation based on it being a rooftop venue to see the New Years fireworks from Disneyland across the street. It would have been great except the glass surrounding the rooftop was dirty and could not see through, so at $130 PP you would think they would have them cleaned. Otherwise, staff was awesome and food was great. All in All a great place for dinner.

    We arrived early and the hostess gave us one of the window seats. It was like a lower lounge table. The views of the Disneyland area from the window seats were amazing and made up for the lack of table space. But it was cozy. The loaf of bread was fresh and delicious - we ended up ordering two. The Charred Octopus was tender. The patatas bravas was popular with everyone. The Chimichurri steak was tender and delicious. The Sea Bass was overcooked and the Salmon was a bit dry and bland. The seafood paella is definitely shareable after eating appetizers. We ordered three different sorbets for dessert which were three scoops each. They were all yummy and refreshing. Our drinks were made well and delicious. Our server and other restaurant staff were very attentive and friendly. Overall it was a fun family first time experience.

    The view is beautiful. The manager and wait staff were good. However, we were not impressed by the food. Way over priced for what you get. Food was mediocre. We ate here once to try it. But we won’t be coming back.

    Foods quality was only ok!! Rice is so cheap but gave very little with paella Not worth the view or money. We asked for medium rare and well done for the he rib eye. Service was horrible waitress barely stop by to check on us. Would never dine there again!!

    Atmosphere was excellent. For the price of the food I expected a little better. I would recommend to not have all spanish food selection on the menu.

    Definitely recommend Top of the V. Food is amazing all around. We ordered the bread, the sausage, and chorizo from the pinxos and the surf and turf paella. The ambiance was romantic we were sat around a fire table on some comfy outdoor seating. It was a little chilly but we both had coats so it made it perfect to snack and cuddle around the fire.
