Top of The V, 12th floor rooftop setting provides spectacular views where guests can enjoy SoCal’s year-round beautiful weather as well as features an exhibition kitchen, private dining room, pool and a stunning outdoor dining terrace with fire pits.

Chef Nathaniel McCoy embraces culinary influences throughout Spain and loves to introduce guests to new techniques and flavors. To accompany the menu is a Spanish-influenced beverage program and modern classics, resulting in an effortlessly cool craft cocktail bar. Our bar’s feature 20 taps that pour local craft beers from across California, and the wine list features bottles from Spain, California, Oregon and the Old World.

We loved everything just amazing but a bunch of people from the pool keeped surrounding us to watch the Disney fireworks but besides that it was amazing will come again.

The food was average, but our experience was overshadowed by the discriminatory treatment we received from the chef. Offering a complimentary cocktail was a poor attempt to make up for the disrespectful behavior towards my family, which left a lasting bad impression. As a loyal Marriott member, I will continue to stay at this hotel for its excellent service, but I will never dine at this restaurant again.

The restaurant is attractive, the view is great, the experience was far less than expected especially for the price. The service might as well have been at Applebees. They have some good wine selections from Spain that are impressive, but the food was disappointing. To go there for cocktails is one thing. Not sure going for a meal is worthwhile. They do validate parking however.

We had read reviews before coming here and it seemed like everyone really enjoyed it, so we were excited to try this place! However, service was pretty slow from start to finish with our server being absent most of the time. It was kind of hard to flag anyone as the dining spaces are boxed in by hedges. It was nice because it's pretty private and muffles most of the noise, but hard to see anyone if you needed help. We had ordered the land and sea Bomba, charred pulpo (octopus), sausage links, papas bravas and the Spanish olive oil cake with marcona almonds and perserved. The Bomba and sausage links was so salty.... From the first bite to the last... And my husband and I don't like to waste food, so we tried our best to eat what we could. The octopus was perfectly cooked and really didnt need the potato espuma, which was also salty. The papas bravas were good, but because everything else was salty, the taste seemed off... Then came time for the fireworks! The view was really great, you see everything from CA adventure to DL... But a few minutes before the fireworks were to start, a bunch of people who just walked in, were standing in front of the people who had paid for their dinners. It didn't obstruct our view too much, but I felt very bad for the patrons sitting next to us. Overall, it was a nice experience and the people were nice. I don't know if I would come back for the food. Hopefully it was just an off day.

We have great food I will recommend the Land and Sea Paella. The views are great. Again I will recommend the rooftop are instead of the restaurant are because the views and the are are better

Very expensive. Nothing special other than to see the fireworks and the meal was so rushed we didn't even make it. Save your money not one item was worth the cost.

Great location with perfect view.. we got a table for 2 in front of the fire pit and near the glass to take in a beautiful sunset. Scott, our server was awesome and he made our evening perfect. He gave us champagne and a nice dessert to top off our meal. Excellent service! Disneyland didn't set off fireworks unfortunately but it wasn't their fault, supposedly it was too windy. That was the only bummer. I would definitely come back. Food was delicious. Location was perfect and the ambience was just right.

I dined at the Top of the V restaurant on Wednesday, August 15, 2024. I had a 6:30pm reservation. This was my first time at the restaurant and experiencing Spanish cuisine, and I loved the food, the window table, seeing the chefs prepare entrees, and the ambiance. I will definitely return to try other items on the menu. I am a lover of cheesecake and make them myself, but I must acknowledge that the cheesecake was magnificent and one of a kind!
