Top of The V, 12th floor rooftop setting provides spectacular views where guests can enjoy SoCal’s year-round beautiful weather as well as features an exhibition kitchen, private dining room, pool and a stunning outdoor dining terrace with fire pits.

Chef Nathaniel McCoy embraces culinary influences throughout Spain and loves to introduce guests to new techniques and flavors. To accompany the menu is a Spanish-influenced beverage program and modern classics, resulting in an effortlessly cool craft cocktail bar. Our bar’s feature 20 taps that pour local craft beers from across California, and the wine list features bottles from Spain, California, Oregon and the Old World.

This place was very good. The fact that they have an option for get a window seat is great especially since they have a really great view of the Disney land fireworks. At first when you go in, the lights are somewhat bright so there was a glare, but during fireworks they turn it down for the customers to enjoy, which is appreciated. The food was really good, the quality was too notch and the service assisted so well. I did not understand the names of the dishes or menu due to it being in Spanish, the only parts I did understand was the ingredients. But the server was super helpful and had many great recommendations. The prices are very high but the quality matched it. I left very content. I could have eaten a little bit more but it was very much worth it. Definitely get a reservation around fireworks time. It made it worth it.

So there were some fantastic dishes that reminded us of our time in Spain. Unfortunately the floor was extremely dirty, there was actual trash on the floor and desperately needed to be swept, the sad thing is there was no lack of staff, there was even a broom and dustpan in plain view, unfortunately nobody used them. It was actually difficult to sit there and see the trash and extremely dirty floor. We ordered a signature cocktail and another drink, they were just okay. The service was good, and the server was friendly. This place could be great they need good management, I feel bad for the back of the house because they are doing a very good job, the front of the house is awful....

Awful experience here. Slow to nonexistent service, bright lighting which inhibits to view (why you went there to begin with) and dirty floors.

When I purchased my ticket, it included valet parking but when I arrived, I was told the package no longer included valet parking so I had to park myself. The food was terrible. What was advertised versus what was served was a complete joke. Even the staff were embarrassed and apologetic about what they were serving. My guest and I as well as other guests were seriously considering ordering DoorDash and having food delivered to us because it was so bad. The view of the fireworks would’ve been spectacular if the hotel had turned off the illumination inside the glass panels around the rooftop. It created a horrible glare and made viewing almost impossible. I cannot believe that I paid $350 for my guest and I for this experience. I would never do it again. This was managed extremely poorly and the food was absolutely terrible. The staff told us to the end of the night they simply ran out of food, and it was a parent because they were cutting hamburgers and cheeseburgers in half and handing them out. overall this was just terrible. I sent multiple emails and a phone call today to speak with someone at the hotel about it, but no one has returned any of my messages.

Excellent food, atmosphere, and service. We visited for the first time for a birthday dinner. The toy box squash, patatas bravas, and gambas al ajillo were very tasty starters. Huge shrimp!! Throughout the meal, we had four great drinks: lavanda maravilla (light, good to start with), sueño caribeña (almost a dessert. Seemed small), viva Verde (savory, nice to pair with bomba rice) and Encendido (most alcohol forward, but almost like a plate cleanser). We had the land & sea and coastal array bomba rice as entrees. Awesome presentation in the paella pans. Between the starters and drinks, we could have ordered just one. If we weren't so full, we would have kept eating it for the taste alone. Finally for dessert, we had the berries & cream and Basque cheesecake. These desserts are not what you think they are, and I recommend getting them! The drizzle of olive oil around the cake made both taste different and better! Berries & cream was like a pudding or panna cotta, and the basil was just an excellent different flavor. Reserved at the perfect time for sunset and fireworks. The only blocker for us coming back more often would be price. I know there are many factors that go into deciding the price of items, so I don't take it lightly. This was a special occasion, so I was prepared to spend. Thank you to the staff and chefs for making this a wonderful experience!

The food was delicious and the wheat staff were attentive and friendly. The ambience was a fun experience with sunset and fireworks. However, the cocktails were watered down, and the bartending staff was not as helpful or accommodating

From the moment we walked into the lobby, we were greeted and asked how we could be helped. They walked us to the elevator to make our way up to the deck for our reservations. Service was amazing and the waitress was very detail oriented. Will definitely be coming back soon!

The drinks were just terrible. Lavender drink and something with strawberry. Both were the worst coctails I ever had. In addition we paid the $10 per person to have a window seat. But the curtains were closed so we couldn't enjoy the view. When I asked if we could open the curtains I was told "other people want them closed". What did I pay for?? Never going back to this waste of money.

The original seat that I was in was so uncomfortable, but thankfully our amazing waitress had us move to sturdier seat. After that the atmosphere was so magical, the food was amazing and the drinks were on point.
