This beef tenderloin is marinated in Tony’s secret marinade, rolled in half-cracked black pepper, grilled to perfection, and drizzled with garlic butter. I can always count on a great experience at Tony's. This time around the dining room had a weird smell. The hostess confirmed they've received complaints and they've investigated. Unfortunately they've been unable to locate the source of the smell. The hostess moved us into the bar area with no questions asked. Our server was great and the food was delicious as always.

As always, Tony's proved again to be top-notch. We had date night and there were 3 couples. The waitress was wonderful, the wine and mix drinks were great and the food, as always, was delicious. I highly recommend Wednesday nights at Tony's for Date Night. Great food, great service, great price.

*Reservation was for 7:15. Had to wait until 7:30 despite seeing open tables. *Service was exceptionally slow for not being that busy. Server didn’t ask the standard questions; is everything OK after being served, will you need anything else (we did, my wife wanted desert and I wanted a coffee but we were given the check before being asked). *My wife’s kabob was inconsistent. Some cooked to medium, some over cooked and dry. Her asparagus; some undercooked and some cooked OK. *Only bright side was my lasagna of which was great. Of note, this is our first bad experience at Tony’s in 7 years.

Always a great experience at Tony’s. Ordered flowers for the table from a local florist as a surprise on our 55th anniversary. They were already on the table when we arrived. Their famous Pepperloin Steak is always our favorite. Definitely a classy place and service great, but even the sides are awesome. And we live over an hour away!

Celebrating our 48th Anniversary!! Always enjoy and have been very satisfied with our dining experience when we go to Tony’s of Alton!!! Look forward to returning !!!!!!

Food, drinks and service were great. It was just hot in there, either the AC can’t keep up or they’re too cheap to turn it down to a comfortable temperature. Also the women’s room bathroom door did not lock, but the food was great!

I’ve been to Tony’s several times and have always enjoyed my experience. This time was no exception. This time we went for the Wednesday night date night. The limited menu didn’t limit the experience. The food was delicious and our server was so friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely be back again.
