This was the first time that the meal and service were horrible. Our favorite waitress was there which was nice. She was waiting on so many tables and was overwhelmed due to the lack of servers. There were only 2 for the entire place. She did come over and took our drink and food order. A fresh batch of bread was out into the over which takes 8 minutes. 15 minutes went by mans our drinks came out and she told us that the bread had 3 minutes remaining. She was going to place our order after the bread was as served to our table, which was fine. My husband ordered ribs and they were good as usual. I ordered a burger with bacon, no roll. The bacon was raw and our server was it morning in the bar, which is where she stationed. There was a young man who brought the meals to our table. I asked him if the bacon could be cooked more as it was raw. He brought over a plate and asked me to put the raw bacon on the plate. I explained that they could not cook the bacon again as there was a special sauce on it - could not remove the sauce. He then took it paste to the grill area. About 20 min later, a cold burger and cold fries arrived with fresh crisp bacon. Why wasn’t the plate kept warm? So at that point our server came over and asked the chef to remake the order as they just left the plate out on their counter and not under the warmer. They remade the order and they took another 20 minutes and when the burger was served, and I cut it open (I ordered it without a roll) it was raw. I gave up seeing raw meat on my plate was a complete turnoff. Now we arrived at TR at 5:20 and it was now 6:30 and I did not even start eating and I was on a time limit as I had a meeting at 7pm and first had to drive home. This was totally unacceptable on all aspects. Beverage - my husbands soda was totally flat from back room but she poured him another glass from The bar. She never came over to replenish his soda as she was so busy working the bar and other tables.

It was a nice restaurant. The service was nice. The food was just average. It may have been an off day.

They were short staffed on this day. The staff were very polite, accommodating and did their best to give us good service.

It was OK but surprised that the tip amount was already included with 4 people guests. I guess it was all right with 18% tip but I usually leave close to 20% to not have uneven total charge. Oh, well.

Delicious as always. Service was good, but a bit slower than usual as they were fully booked - which was nice to see.

Celebrated my mom’s 63rd birthday here on 8/04/2024and I must say this spot is a hidden gem! The food was great service was good our waiter was very attentive to our party of 14.. It was a little warm in the restaurant I believe the air was not working but a fan was in use and helped the situation. I definitely will be returning

The food was great but the service was slow. I am not sure whether they were short-staffed or what. Our server was very polite and personable, however, it seemed like she was helping a lot of people at the same time.
