Tommy's is a Mexican restaurant & cocktail bar in the heart of Darlinghurst, with a passion for Mexican/South American cuisine and agave spirits. In the kitchen we cook over charcoals on our traditional Parrilla charcoal grill to enhance the flavours of the food. Behind the bar we focus on freshness: every juice is freshly squeezed daily and every syrup & cordial made in house creating s truly unique list of margaritas and tequila & mezcal based cocktails.

Head Chef: Marcus Michel has carefully curated our versatile menu. From 8hr slow roasted lamb shoulder tacos to tuna ceviche to MB2+ Ribeye cooked over charcoals, it combines authentic Mexican flavours with fresh, locally sourced ingredients to provide a truly unforgettable experience.

We had a perfect table outside, but along came Mother Nature with a polar blast and dropped the temperature by 12 degrees The restaurant was wonderful even though inside had no spare seats they relocated our table to near the door to reduce the effects of the icy wind and put a heater near us. Food was excellent tasty and fresh will be back

I love this restaurant. Everything is perfect when we go there, the set menu with unlimited margaritas is a dream comes true hahah but aside from everything, the reception and the good vibes of the staff is without doubt the highlight of it. Monalisa and all the balineses girls as well as the bartman and the Brazilian chef are top of the line! Really happy to have this restaurant around the corner from our home. See u soon as usual 👌🫶🏼 Martha and Franco

Tommy's was amazing! Have been here a few times and its always great. The staff are always very friendly and the atmosphere is lovely. They have a great selection of cocktails and my personal favourite dish, grilled corn cobs with parmesan (must try!). Highly recommend going to Tommy's!

Such an amazing place if you are looking for a cosy yet fancy place to take your friends. The staff are absolutely amazing, and the food is delicious. We had Tommy’s bottomless margarita brunch for $100p.p, with this you are definitely getting all your moneys worth. The food they serve you is 5 star restaurant quality and the drinks are made perfectly.
