The service at Tommy's Fiesta Plaza branch was extremely poor and unwelcoming. The server treated us poorly, the food came and it was salty. The restaurant is usually reliable but a conversation should take place between administration of Tommy's to their servers.

We reserved a table for six to watch the Superbowl but when we arrived our table/booth was in a location which made it difficult to watch the game so we requested another booth which there were 3 others but were told they were reserved and we could either take this table or go outside .This was done rudely and we were stuck as the game was about to start. Note that we stated on our reservation that we wished to watch the game and we were given the worst table possible. The other booths except one were unoccupied for the rest of the evening! Our server was efficient and courteous but the greeting staff and manager were quite unaccommodating and rude . The beer was fine but the food was far too salty and some of us could not finish our meals. We would not recommend this location of Tommy's to anyone.

Although had reservation it was not reserved however the staff was very helpful.

The service was very slow. Not sure if it was the servers fault or if Tommy’s was understaffed. Asked for glass with ice which I never got. Someone had to get up from the table to request more drinks. Had to take a menu from another table after requesting one but never got it. I ordered the avocado salad but must say it was very lacking. Lettuce tomatoes avocado and chicken with the most measly amount of tasteless vinaigrette. Very disappointing.
