                                                                              My friend and I enjoyed a delicious lunch and beers but I had an issue with the tall, blonde hostess with the long white dress. When I checked for my reservation, I told her that I booked it thru Open Table, but as I left the restaurant, I got an email saying that my reservation was cancelled for a no-show. I went back in and told another hostess who seemed to be confused, but a manager came over and to sort out the issue and I got my points. Someone needs to train the hostesses on how Open Table works.

                                                                              Heather and everyone else who welcomed us at Tombstone Brewing was amazing! Her suggestions, friendly and above & beyond customer service was incredible. I highly recommend the brussel sprouts, poutine and Cesar salad. The flavors are incredible to the palette. I’m looking forward to trying other items on the menu. Thank you guys! We appreciate you!

                                                                              Tombstone Brewery has come a long way since first opening. Uncrowded and the service was great. The menu is small but unique. Food you can't find any where else in Sierra Vista. I had the Gumbo and my wife had the filet skewers--both were excellent. Spacious seating indoors and on the two decks outside.

                                                                              I had the Bahn Mi sandwich and my wife had the garden salad. The Bahn Mi was nicely spiced with pickled veggies and a wonderful sauce. The pork was cooked perfectly. My wife's salad was excellent with a delightful homemade dressing that she absolutely loved. The atmosphere was very nice, somewhat casual and not snooty. We had the best waitress on the entire planet: polite, prompt, efficient, and cute as a new kitten. This is our favorite restaurant in AZ. We will be back,,,many times!

                                                                              The owner needs to hire more staff to run front of house, making one woman run the whole floor is awful. I don’t care how many other owners or bartenders or bussers come out to “help”. It’s down to one person doing the tickets. Food was delicious to me and the chef is very risky trying these things in a town full of boomers who want more fast food chains. I hope this place focuses more on substance rather than style! 6/10 for me.

                                                                              Our party of 4 arrived on a Sunday at 6:15 pm. We were seated promptly, the order was taken, but did not get our drinks for about 10 minutes. They were out of Tonic, so no gin & tonics. No margarita because the bartender didn't know how to make one correctly (the waitress said he has had several returned as undrinkable so she wouldn't recommend it). Beer and wine it is! We received our fries as an appetizer soon after ordering and they were delicious. Unfortunately, we had to wait another hour and a half to get out dinners! The waitress apologized several times and said it was because we ordered steaks. Not sure how that is a problem. We arrived at 6:15pm and didn't leave until 8:15pm. Mind you, they closed at 7 pm so it wasn't like they were really busy. We were the only ones in there. On the plus side, the food was good once we got it. On the down side, $33 for a small steak and a small square of augratin potatoes seems more like big city steak house prices instead of Sierra Vista brewpub prices. I REALLY want to love and support this business. We have been here about 6 times since they opened. It's a great building, love the patio, love that it's dog friendly. I feel like they are missing what Sierra Vista customers want. Put some great sandwiches, assorted burgers, pasta dishes, killer salads, and delicious soups on that menu. Make the portions big, prices reasonable. You will be buried in customers!

                                                                              7-minute greet. 5 apps, 5 salads, 5 sandwiches, 5 entrees. It was all fine, but they only offered their homemade fries or chips, and both were very overdone. The food tastes good, it just wasn’t outstanding. We were waiting about 10-15 minutes for the server to reappear for the check. So nothing terrible, just all okay.
