Step out of the bustling cobblestone streets of Temple Bar and down the stairs to Tomahawk Steakhouse where beautiful windows allow in light from street level. This is an intimate and unique dining setting – and our steaks are the star of the show.

We have spent months researching where to source the best steaks from around the world and the results of that exploration is there is no better beef than Irish and we are proud to say that we serve only the market-best at Tomahawk.

Tomahawk has 80 delightful seats for you and your party to choose from. We have comfy corners matched with matte timber tables adorned with leather seats, where diners can enjoy their delicious meals under the ambient street lighting that pours in from above. Or you can choose to perch comfortably along the gorgeous timber dining bar set around our open kitchen and watch the theatre of a professional kitchen at work in front of you.

Steak was amazing we went for the T bone shared with my wife with 3x sides more than enough food for the 2 of us, star of the show was the bearnaise , delicious 😋 would definitely recommend.

Went to Tomahawk for a date night. We shared the tomahawk with a bottle of malbec and it was a perfect pairing. I recommend tomahawk to any carnivores.

My steak was perfect! The tomato and burrata salad was outstanding! Roasted cauliflower yummy. The onion stack was huge and very tasty. So good we are going back tonight!

A regular visitor to Tomahawk. For me it's the best steakhouse in Dublin and I have been to them all. The quality of the meat, the service, wine selection. The service is always excellent, they know their menu, wine and food. I would highly recommend Tomahawk, I have been many many times and never had a bad meal. The Delmonica and T Bone are exceptional.

Speed was order of the day. Plates came and went at pace being cleared before we had finished the meal. We ate at 9pm and a lot of the menu was unavailable. This was really disappointing not for us but other guests as well. I would struggle to recommend this restaurant.

Great food and service. Food took a while to arrive but I suppose it takes a good amount of time to deliver great food!!! Would 100% come here again. Amazing.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Tomahawk Steakhouse in Temple Bar to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was an experience to remember! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of modern style and traditional charm that set the tone for the evening.The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our meal. They made sure every detail was perfect, knowing it was a special occasion for us. The food was exceptional—steaks cooked to perfection with a wonderful selection of sides that complemented the rich, flavorful cuts of meat. The menu offered something for everyone, from our youngest to the adults, and each dish was presented beautifully.The highlight of the evening was when the staff surprised my wife with a special dessert that had "Happy Birthday" written on the plate. It was a lovely touch that made her day even more special and showed the restaurant's commitment to providing an outstanding experience for their guests.Overall, the Tomahawk Steakhouse in Temple Bar exceeded our expectations. The combination of delicious food, attentive service, and the personal touch of celebrating my wife’s birthday with us made it a night to remember. I highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion or simply a great meal out. We’ll definitely be back!

There are much better steakhouses in Dublin with fair prices. Table of 10 constantly shouting and disturbing the ambiance was OK per restaurant management.
