With their new partners Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz, Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd have added Tom Tom Restaurant & Bar as the newest crown jewel in the Vanderpump Family’s West Hollywood Empire. Voted Best Bar in Southern California by Los Angeles Travel Magazine, Tom Tom is at the same time decadent, relaxed and a bloody good time. The only issue I have with this restaurant is the booking process on OpenTable. There are several seating options listed, but it’s unclear what each area offers. It would be much better if the restaurant provided a map or photos to clearly show the different seating areas, helping guests make more informed choices when booking. Also, one of the servers was so rude that we had no choice but to request a table change to avoid further discomfort.

Best birthday ever here! Stunning.10/10. Food and service was amazing. The ambiance could not have been better.

Restaurant was empty as we entered at opening time. Waited a good 10min to be seated. Server was not around much. Food was meh at best, all we had was chicken Caesars. Restaurant was still basically empty Had to ask repeatedly for the check- Overall, if Vanderpump Rules goes off the air and there's nothing funneling fans into this restaurant..... This place could not stand in it's own. Curtains for Tom Tom.

My last experience was not good and I wrote a very negative review and sent a copy to the management. They fixed everything. I had their 10oz Burger and fries and it was the best burger I have ever had. My friend had the three colorful tacos and really enjoyed them. The service was first class, cocktails creative and great tasting. A remodel was done on the interior and it is super special. Thanks Lisa and Tom and Tom. Your restaurant is fantastic and the pricing is moderate.

We travelled from Australia, chose Tom Tom to celebrate a birthday … - venue is beautiful, the decor, detail and ambiance is spectacular - cocktails were strong & yum - menu is average - service is terrible (waiter didn’t introduce himself, didn’t wish the birthday girl, didn’t clear our appetizer plates - mains came out & we had to stack our own plates. No fresh cutlery was provided. The bill was brought to the table very quickly & then our waiter stood there on the spot for payment, without giving us a chance to review) - food is average, however the goats cheese balls are yum. All in all, it was a long journey for a pretty disappointing experience, in a venue with extreme potential.

Our first time at TomTom for a friend’s birthday dinner (group of 8); the place itself has a great esthetic appeal. Our server was very short with words; having to ask so many questions about items and or recommendations. Typically for customer service; an overview of items or recommendations are provided..however the servers overall were pretty dry; in terms of not welcoming. Food was overpriced for the quality. I’ve dined at other Vanderpump restaurants and have high grade quality and service at least from my experience in Ca and Nevada. I would not return to TomTom for food or ambiance. My group was not very satisfied with the service either. A customer service training should be conducted to have more of a welcoming attitude and a bit more helpful as a first timer. As a business owner myself; I have to say customer service is top tier to a business.

The staff here is very nice and accommodating. We have a friend who uses a motorized scooter and they not only helped to move a table, they also saved a table that would have ample space nearby to help make her as comfortable as possible. We didn’t feel rushed at any point and were able to just casually enjoy our meal. We had a great time and I’m sure will be back!
