Our award winning single vineyard wines are curated from our 20 year old vineyard. Varietals include Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. All wines are grown, made and bottled onsite. Our wines are bold and distinctive. They are gutsy, authentic expressions of their terroir. Tokar Estate wines are well structured but retain the elegance the Yarra Valley is renowned for. They are nurtured from vineyard to bottle by winemaker Martin Siebert and the Tokar family.

The vineyard is hand tendered by our small team using a minimal intervention approach to winemaking. Since 2012 we have reduced cropping levels to ensure exceptional fruit is produced, and we have implemented more sustainable vineyard practices, such as minimising herbicide use in order to encourage soil microfauna and native grasses that harbour beneficial insects.

Stop by for a tasting of our wines and enjoy a glass or two out on our beautiful lawn overlooking the vineyard.

A tasting of five wines from our Yarra Valley range. Visit our new Cellar Door space with family or friends. Taste favourites known to the Yarra Valley such as our Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and for something a little bit different try our our signature Spanish varietal - Tempranillo. Our other wines include the ever popular easy drinking Rosé, Cabernet Sauvignon and our cool climate Shiraz. Shed Fest Lunch Event - Wine Tasting

For Shedfest participants please pre-book your tasting if you are coming as a group of 10+ to assist with our event planning Bookings are welcome for smaller groups or please feel free to pop in anytime until 5pm In addition to wine tastings we will have cocktails, frozen watermelon Rosé , hot food, cheese platters and live music. Kids are welcome - we have lawn games, kids meals, and a FREE petting zoo for kids on the Sunday. Live music both days. Arrived to a warm welcome and a busy wine tasting afternoon at the cellar. Place was full but the ladies were so lovely, welcoming and helpful. I felt so comfortable and right at home. We also managed to find a table at the restaurant. I thought I booked a table but I made an error. Despite restaurant being packed and other people waiting, I explained my dilemma to the young lady and she was incredibly helpful and just an absolute delight to deal with. She was so helpful and managed to organise a table for us. The service was fantastic and the food was delicious. The only negative was people in attendance celebrating a grooms party had very inappropriate things on their table in full view of everyone including children. That’s not the place to be displaying sex toys and that should be private.

This was my second visit and it was even better than my first (hard to beat aswell!) The wine is gorgeous and so is the cheese! We had an amazing cheese board which paired beautifully with our wines. Would definitely visit again and have recommended to all my friends! Thanks once again!

Absolutely amazing experience at Tokar Estate. Started with wine tasting at the cellar door- five wines were all lovely. Entertaining & friendly host (forgot her name sorry!). Then we had lunch celebrating my dad's 80th. We were greeted & seated immediately - my mum was sitting underneath the air con & was cold so this was turned off. Menu was explained, wine brought out and then food quickly followed. We had two courses, entree & main, so flavoursome & delicious! My husband brought a cake for us and this was brought out to share. Overall a wonderful and very special experience. Would love to go back :)

Great day, our host Geoff was delightful, wine was divine , cheeseboard/charcuterie was yummy. Beautiful spot!

Had a very relaxing wine tasting, with cheese platter, at Tokar. Very helpful staff and very relaxing hour spent. And the wine is great too !

Warm and welcoming. Amazing wine, informative and fun. We loved the experience and would highly recommend anyone visiting the Yarra Valley to check out Tokar Estate.

The booking on Open Table implied that I was booking for a meal with a 'wine experience' as an added option, but when we arrived we were told that they were fully booked out for meals and so the wine tasting was all we had booked. As we were after food we skipped the tasting and went out to find another restaurant which we eventually did at No 7 in central Healesville .

This is an amazing Winery! The staff are generous, attentive and knowledgeable. The place to come and enjoy a wine tasting followed by a picnic on the lawn with a bottle of wine and charcuterie platter. Great wine, delicious food and amazing view....... what a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Can’t wait to go back!!
