At TO THE BONE we celebrate authentic Italian food and meat culture with a special appreciation for the butcher’s craft and its age-old tradition. Accordingly, we source our meat exclusively from specialized Italian producers along with our longstanding friend and partner, Italian star butcher Dario Cecchini.

Our menu offers a modern take on the traditional dishes and classic flavours of northern Italy’s regional cuisines. Our steak menu comprises various on- and off-the-bone cuts of beef, which we serve in the convivio style for sharing along with seasonal vegetable sides.

Unser Besuch bei To The Bone war rundum gelungen. Das Essen war hervorragend – die Speisen waren von exzellenter Qualität und handwerklich perfekt zubereitet. Besonders der Wein hat uns begeistert, sowohl in der Auswahl als auch im Geschmack. Der Service war ausgezeichnet; das Personal war äußerst aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Atmosphäre des Restaurants war sehr angenehm und sorgte für ein rundum entspanntes Erlebnis. Wir gehen immer wieder gerne dorthin und können To The Bone nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Ich habe gestern meinen Geburtstag in To the Bone gefeiert. Es war von vorne bis hinten genial - italienische Champions league. Der Kellner Marco hat uns mit seinen Kollegen über den Abend betreut. Diesem Mann kann man mit Speisen und Wein blind vertrauen 🙏

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Essen war lecker... wir kommen wieder. Macht weiter so... Der Geräuschpegel war etwas höher, da auf den gegenüber liegenden Seite ein Verkauf mit Musik stattgefunden hat was nicht jeden Tag der Fall ist.

Freundlicher, aufmerksamer Service. Ambiente modern, Licht etwas dunkel für mich. Geschirr/Besteck schön, Gläser hochwertig. Unsere 4 Vorspeisen, der geteilte Hauptgang und die Sorbets waren fein. Empfohlene Weine waren ebenfalls gut und passend. Bei der Wahl des Fleisches/Cuts wurde toll präsentiert ubd beraten. Sehr geschmackvolles Bisteca und zart gereift. Küchenchef Amodio und Crew machen das super.

Herzlichen Dank für diesen schönen Abend bei Ihnen im Restaurant. Das Essen (besonders Fleischqualität und die punktgenaue Zubereitung), die Getränke (inklusive Weinberatung) und der Service waren exzellent.
