TLV Tapas Bar & Grille was amazing! Our server, Zhora was very attentive & helpful. We ordered a table full of appetizers, all delicious except the Chopped liver. I don't recommend it; the description was not what we got. Everything else was great, The cigars are a standout, so is the Humus...excellent! The Bagel is just like in Israel and we also had the Branzino, which was buttery & tender. The drinks were pretty good, I don't mind paying that much for a drink, but it should be top notch. The atmosphere was crazy-energetic; there was a party that night; the DJ was great, sparklers, flags, glow sticks, not sure if this is the norm, but can't wait to go back & find out! Overall I highly recommend! (Make a reservation)

Delicious food, excellent service! We came here a few times already and It’s consistently good. They just added few new items on the menu, and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place..

We absolutely loved it. Our service was excellent and the food was delicious. So nice to have such a fun place in Tarzana.

I dined at TLV Tapas Bar, a Glatt Kosher restaurant, for the first time last evening. Our group of 8 was all seniors. The wait staff was very helpful in explaining the mode of dining and making suggestions of how to order. The food is served "Tapas style" which is very like family style. Each dish is put in the center of the table and passed from guest to guest. The food was uniformly delicious and the tapas style of serving allowed us to all sample everything. The setting is very pleasantly decorated in soft white with artificial plants and stars hanging from the high ceiling. It's a lovely restaurant. It was a birthday dinner for me and the staff celebrated with song and sparklers. We had only a few complaints. Our biggest is one that may not bother younger diners, who all seemed to be having a great time. The noise level made having any conversation nearly impossible. Even shouting didn't allow one to be heard. A second complaint is that the menu doesn't include beverages, and I found that the four bottles of still water that we drank were $9 each. Of course, the price conscious would likely not dine in this expensive restaurant. Last, given the concern with spreading infection, I would have thought that serving utensils would have been provided, instead of each of us using our own to get our portions of food. I would love to visit this restaurant again, but unfortunately the noise level is a deal breaker for us. If that doesn't bother you, then I highly recommend this restaurant.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We appreciate your business and highly recommend that if you would like to dine with us again, to come in at an earlier time. Between 6pm and 8pm the volume level of the music is much lower. Around 8:30pm is when the volume of the music gets louder and the vibe is more of a party vibe. As far as the serving utensil, we will happily provide you with serving spoons when sharing dishes. This is something we provide upon request.

Excellent gourmet cuisine. Fun and unique signature cocktails and desserts. All absolutely delicious! Knowledgeable staff. Friendly staff. Kind of pricey (but if the servings were just a bit larger it would be well worth it). That being said we are glad we celebrated there. We will be back!!

It’s absolutely perfect each time we go. Jacob our waiter each time is unbelievably professional and knowledgeable and a stickler for detail including making sure that the label on our water bottle is facing us. Everyone is super attentive. Each dish has several layers of depth as you chew it. My pallet sings the entire time it’s there. We were still talking about it this morning, how much we loved it. We went to Tel Aviv Fish for breakfast and had one of our servers from last night. She’s great. This place is My big treat when I come to LA.
