“Good food and Great service by waiter My friend and I tried Tipsy Penguin for the first time and enjoyed the gyu don, crabmeat pasta and yummy burnt cheesecake. We were further impressed by the service of a waiter named Esmond. I had chamomile tea and asked for a refill of hot water for the teabag. Subsequently, he noticed I had finished my tea and offered to refill it. While waiting for our bill to be processed, he came over again to check if we wanted a refill of our cups which we declined, so he cleared our table. However, he returned once more with a cup of warm water for me and a refill of cold water for my friend. We were impressed that he was observant and knew that I would want warm water based on what I was drinking previously. Would like to applaud him for going the extra mile and knowing customer’s needs without asking them. Good job!
