Chef Lynden Zuniga grew up in Honduras, CA and worked in kitchens through high school to pay rent. He quickly realized making people happy through his cooking would be his lifelong passion. Shortly after marrying his wife Sally, they dreamt of their concept of Tio's and in 2018 it became a reality!

Quality matters. We're committed to serve the highest quality steak, pork, chicken, and seafood. Our proteins are always fresh- sourced locally and domestically across the United States.

You'll hear the sizzle of the grill in our open kitchen as each meal is made to order. Pairing our high-quality proteins with our delicious salsas and vegetables, rice, beans, and tortillas is a winning combination. We pride ourselves on making great tasting food made with simple ingredients.

Table we were seated at was sticky and dirty with ripped chairs. Food was just ok, service same. Our appetizer came out before our drink order was even taken. Wont return

Love this place. Great uptown margaritas. Service is excellent. Jaclyn was superb.

Server forgot half the order, and got my wife's order wrong. She blamed the food runner. Then when paying she auto grat 20%, and when I asked what the charge was, she said it was standard for parties of 6 or more. Again, we had 5.

First time at Tio’s and we’ll return. Our waitress was the best, music bingo was so fun, food and drinks were great.

We enjoyed this meal. I ordered the a la carte tacos. They skimped a little on the shrimp. Other than that, the food was plentiful and tasty. The table they placed is to eat was slightly small for our party, but the ambiance of the restaurant is good.

All food choices were very good. Started with guacamole and chips. The steak pinchas were skewers of excellent beef with a spicy slaw. Entrees were Seafood Paella.and the Cuban plate. Large portions and good quality. Service was good and we will be back.

Food was excellent. Music bingo was terrible, played too much of song and it moved very slowly. On top of that the guy running it cheated by asking some people what song they needed.

Taco salad and shrimp fajitas were great but steak burrito was just ok as steak didn’t have a lot of flavor and the pitcher of margaritas were light on tequila

The food was fabulous and our waiter was great! We had a party of 9 and did not have to wait on anything!
