Tintoque seeks to be a cultural link that expresses the gastronomic journey of the passage of the years in the bay, finding flavors and elements that mark each stage in the history of Puerto Vallarta.

Here a different proposal of creative cuisine is presented based on the essence of regional recipes and ingredients, with the best product offered by the Mexican Pacific, materialized with the influence of the kitchens and trips that have marked the life of the Vallarta Chef Joel Ornelas; who transmits a signature cuisine that manages to be a true gastronomic experience for lovers of good food and all those who seek to refine their palate with unique experiences.

The Culinaria Mexicana publishing house has awarded Tintoque for the third consecutive year as one of the 120 best restaurants in Mexico in its "Guide Mexico Gastronomico 2020".

    The place is beautiful. But the food… The presentation lacks sophistication and everything is so salty. It just ruins everything.

    We had a lovely experience with amazing service and food. Alexis and Victor both were instrumental in a fabulous evening! I highly recommend Tintoque for any time you want a memorable and special meal!!

    This was one of the best eating experiences that I have ever had. The food was outstanding, the service impeccable, the atmosphere was charming and even the restrooms were amazing (with birds sweetly chirping). I highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed.

    Everything was perfect. The tasting menu was great which was a bit surprising. Often I find tasting menus too long and way too much food. This was the right amount of food, a good timeframe, and everything was interesting and well put together. Our waiter, Alexis, was a terrific host so I would recommend him personally. For fine dining in Puerto Vallarta, and I've been to most all of them, Tintoque is the best by a mile.

    Exceptional! Brilliant tasting menu, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable service. Gorgeous little place that focuses on local ingredients and creativity. Really wonderful experience. We will be back!!

     The cocktails, and tasting menu were amazing. The different dishes were very imaginative combinations of flavors and textures, and very creative visual presentations. We really liked the use of ingredients native to Mexico and how they were incorporated into the various dishes. Our server Alexis was fantastic, he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and explained how the dishes were put together and what all the ingredients were. The restaurant itself is a Beautiful restored building. We sat on the veranda overlooking a creek bed. It was a very magical setting we will be back again.

    Food delicious with very large portions. We ordered way too much. Sat on back patio by a dry river bed. Next time will request indoor dining area.

    This is the second time we have been to Tintoque for dinner and it does not disappoint. From it's interesting dishes to drinks, wines and service. Thank you

    Inconsistent food prep. Unable to accomadations lactose intolerant patron. Best thing we ate was the sour dough bread. The only place in PV where I got sick. Really a very poor outing. Will not go back.
