Installé à 128 mètres de hauteur, l'espace animé du Ting Restaurant, Shangri-La At The Shard offre une vue panoramique à 360 degrés sur la capitale. Excellent venue with attentive but not intrusive staff. Wonderful views of London. Food is good quality and if arranging a special event you won’t be disappointed.

Disappointing. We visited a couple of years age and it was excellent so wanted to visit again. The menu wasn’t as good. And to be honest we’ve had better food for much less cost. We felt that staff favoured some customers over others and were more attentive to them. I don’t think we’ll be back.

Honestly, it was all fantastic, starting from the booking process and the exceptional service, and then the food! Jing and Syed were both great – attentive and friendly throughout our visit. We thoroughly enjoyed both the stunning view and the delicious dishes. Thank you so much, guys! I will definitely be coming back again. The wine selection was superb, and the way they served it was truly top-notch, enhancing our dining experience. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of ambiance, food, and service, but you’ve really nailed it. Looking forward to our next visit!

Poor welcome, we was celebrating my wife birthday and we didn’t get any spark or smile, I was told to pay extra £10 person to just cut her birthday cake which put us off straight away at the beginning. Felt it was just business dining, for me it felt they were more after your money rather than focusing on the service which will automatically make more money. Just felt like numbers in there, no emotion runs in the entire place. Also please clean your lights

Slow and inattentive service. Food was good, but not great and slow to arrive. We joked that we needed to order a second round of drinks while waiting for the first round. View was fantastic, but dining area noisy even with a moderate crowd.

The views are stunning. Ambience great ! Our table was booked for 8.15 pm, we arrived on time but were asked to wait saying it would take couple of minutes for our table to be ready. Food is overpriced and not worth it I think. Not much choice for vegetarians. Portions are super small. However the service was great and enjoyed the complimentary dessert.
