The staff were absolutely fantastic and super friendly. I proposed to my now fiancée and the team were super helpful setting it all up.

I recently visited TING Restaurant to surprise my girlfriend on her birthday, and the experience was absolutely stunning. The ambiance of the restaurant is breathtaking, offering a mesmerizing view of the Tower of London and other iconic landmarks of the city. We found the atmosphere to be serene and tranquil, which perfectly complemented the high level of service we received. The staff were exceptionally attentive, always alert to our needs and ensuring our experience was flawless. The food was incredible, with delightful combinations of flavours and top-notch creativity in the presentation. Each dish was well-balanced in terms of flavours and portions. We indulged in an 8-course tasting menu, and although I don’t recall the names of all the staff members who attended to us, their extensive knowledge of the menu was impressive. They meticulously explained each dish, enhancing our dining experience. Manuel, our sommelier, was a charming Italian gentleman who recommended exquisite wines and engaged us in delightful conversation. His expertise added an extra layer of enjoyment to our meal. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to exceptional service. The restaurant had thoughtfully prepared a beautifully set table with petals, candles, and glasses of champagne, creating the perfect romantic setting. The attentive service continued throughout the evening, including capturing memorable photos for us, and culminating in a lovely birthday cake for my girlfriend. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire team at TING Restaurant for making this occasion so special. I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking a romantic dining experience with a stunning view of London. Enjoy the view and immerse yourself in the most romantic setting you could imagine!

Pushed towards the taster menu, we were told to scan bar code on a small card to access the a la carte menu. No wine list given? We had to use our phones to also look. The lamb on taster menu was explained would be pink and we were happy to accept that. It was literally raw and fatty. I couldn’t eat mine, wasn’t asked if everything was okay? Have been to Hugong previously and had a wonderful meal. Ting was overpriced and service wasn’t there. Disappointing Anniversary dinner.

Stunning view. Food was just so expensive. £12 for one scallop. £48 for two chops. Waitress was lovely and accommodating but the price - and the 15% service charge….

View was good, service was as expected. Seats were massively uncomfortable which marred the whole experience, overall it is just average for what you expect from a restaurant of that quality. I’ve had better meals and I’ve had a lot worse.

When we have friends and family visiting for overseas we always try to fit a visit to Ting into their calendar - sometimes just for a drink, but this time for dinner too and the food was absolutely delicious. We all throughly enjoyed it. And we were tentatively looked after. The view is wonderful.

Paid £50 a head extra for a guaranteed window seat. Spectacular table and view. 5 course tasting menu (with window) £165 a head… tomatoes starter and scallop to follow were wonderful. Cod dish was lukewarm unfortunately but probably our fault as wife went to loo. It was ok but not outstanding. Lamb main was a huge let down. Rack of lamb was small (only one bone) and it was ok but disappointingly simple….just unremarkable really which is a shame for “the main event.” Not 10, not 12.5 but 15% added to an already steep bill (£65). It spoils the occasion to “have the conversation” but overall it was very steep for what we had…. They are trading on the view …. Which was amazing. Glad we did it but not sure we’d do it again anytime soon
