Installé à 128 mètres de hauteur, l'espace animé du Ting Restaurant, Shangri-La At The Shard offre une vue panoramique à 360 degrés sur la capitale. The views are stunning. Ambience great ! Our table was booked for 8.15 pm, we arrived on time but were asked to wait saying it would take couple of minutes for our table to be ready. Food is overpriced and not worth it I think. Not much choice for vegetarians. Portions are super small. However the service was great and enjoyed the complimentary dessert.

We had a lovely dinner at Ting. Great views, ambience and service. The food was delicious but the plates were cold, meaning the food wasn’t as hot as we’d have liked. Also the wine, whilst good, was very expensive for what it was - if booking here, be aware that there is nothing on the red wine list under about £60! Would definitely, however, return!

The atmosphere and staff were very lovely but the food wasn't great at all especially for the price. We were all disappointed with the food as it didn't meet our expectations.

We booked the 5 course experience and in an hour and a half didn’t receive any of the menu items. Service was terrible…we spent $60 on an Uber to get there and back from our hotel just to leave completely irritated and still hungry.

Wonderful dinner - I can highly recommend the sharing menu. The venue was intimate and quiet with wonderful views.

Disappointing. Slow and at times non existant service. Poured our own wine, checked our own coat. Came for 3 courses and barely only had time for one. Zero care given about gluten free. No consideration for tasting menu. Meh

The food, service, location and ambiance were all exceptional. My only comment is that you definitely pay for the experience. It is quite pricey so be prepared to treat yourself!
