Installé à 128 mètres de hauteur, l'espace animé du Ting Restaurant, Shangri-La At The Shard offre une vue panoramique à 360 degrés sur la capitale. Disappointing experience. First, I specifically requested a mocktail as I don’t drink alcohol, yet the waiters brought me an alcoholic drink. Then, they served the wrong order to our table, and to top it off, they forgot one of the desserts, bringing only one instead of what we had ordered. The food itself was underwhelming—only a few of the starters were enjoyable, but overall, it wasn’t worth it. You’re essentially just paying for the view from The Shard, but even then, you’ll need to spend an extra £50 per person for a guaranteed window seat. For the price, the experience is a complete waste of money and time—extremely underwhelming with poor service and mediocre food. You’re better off going elsewhere for better food, better service, and far better value.

Honestly, I was so disappointed in the food at the Ting. I went today, a Saturday, and I believed a day after valentine the food would be tasty. I ordered the chicken satay and scallops for starters - they were so bland, and the peanut sauce for satay chicken was so disgusting. I have had so much better at far less established restaurants. For mains we had the chicken and prawn (wok) and the bang bang noodles with the egg fried rice - so so so bland. The food had no salt. I need to mention it took 1 hour and 15mins from the start to receive the mains. The food was so poor in taste. Nothing was ‘yum’. Nothing was scrumptious. So dissatisfying. Not worth the money, please do not visit! I could make better food at home.

Absolutely shocking quality and quantity of food. A complete waste of money and totally disappointed, especially on a Valentines occasion.

I can’t put into words how disappointed I was with the set menu, it was completely tasteless, with a mix match of food that didn’t work together, the experience not only completely ruined Valentine’s Day, it was my first wedding anniversary, I don’t think I will ever make up for. We walked out before the menu completed.

We have a wonderful night for my wife's birthday, everything from the greeting at ground level through to the service in the restaurant and the quality of food. My only comment was the first table we were sat at it felt like being sat in your living room at home rather than a restaurant. We were sat on a two person couch that was very low my knees were round my ears and the table was to far away to sit and eat comfortably and for a gentleman of my age i would have ended up with ingestion! The restaurant moved us with no hesitation and we ended up on a beautiful table with proper chairs but again the tables in from of us were also very low and i noticed another gentleman taller than me also struggle.
