Tin Pan Galley is a beautiful place with an incredible outdoor space. The food was delicious and well worth the price with a great range of options. There was live music at the perfect volume to still be able to talk. The service was top notch as well. Worth the drive from an hour out

Had the Ahi Seared Tuna it was beautifully presented and the most amazing favours, truly a winner in all areas!! LOVED IT!! I would highly recommend it! Mary our server was so pleasant and attentive, all staff are super friendly.

We looked forward to our visit to Tin Pan Galley, but were let down with the experience. The food is on the innovative side, but not (yet)!up to their namesake. I understand that Sackets Harbor area is in an affluent area, but the fare they are serving is overpriced. I don’t know how big the kitchen is or how large the kitchen staff is, but it seems to take forever to get food out of the kitchen no matter how early you come, or how many people are currently being served. I had the Thai steak salad, my wife the soup and grilled cheese. We waited 45 minutes to get our food after finally ordering. I asked how reluctant the cow was to offer up the steak, or if they had to drive to St Lawrence county for the greens. The wait for those items ( ( most of which should have been ready- only the steak strips and grilled cheese needing preparation - maybe heating the soup, though it didn’t come piping hot). I fear the price and slow output from the kitchen will be their downfall

This was our first experience at tin pan galley and we enjoyed it very much. The live music was great. The diners were dancing. It was a lot of fun and the food was good.

Food & service were great. Our hostess helped with proper seating and a heater outside since it was chilly and windy. She checked back to be sure we were comfortable. Pricing was based on entertainment being provided and there was none! The cost of our meal and drinks was ridiculous! This used to be one of our favorite restaurants.

We just had a really disappointing experience here. Waited 45 minutes for an appetizer and another 30 minutes for dinner. We sat and waited. No apologies, no manager, no offer of any type of compensation. The staff avoided coming over because they had nothing to say or offer. 190 dollars and just awful experience. We can be patient and understanding when places are understaffed but waiting 90 minutes for dinner is ridiculous. The food was good not great. A customer should not be treated so poorly. Tell people you are understaffed or don't take reservations. Your treatment of us was terrible!

Our dinner was excellent as well as the wine and the service! Very friendly wait staff and a beautiful setting. One of my absolute favorite places for brunch and dinner!

The waitress didn’t know the soup of the day or specials. Broccoli was supposed to come roasted and it came steamed with stray pieces of pasta mixed in. Spaghetti mixed in with another dinner. The creme brûlée was so bad we had to send it back. One was complete liquid and another was as hard as a hard boiled egg. Then the waitress gave us attitude when we asked her to split check. This place used to be awesome with the previous owner. I will not be going back.
