excellent waitress. food was ok. wait fo service was average. price fairly high. Music turned out well. the person worked hard to entertain. He was ok. dessert was crème brûlée was the best part of the meal

Food was very good. A little pricey. Service was lacking. Tended to promptly and drinks were delivered. Then 45 minutes passed before we received our shared appetizer, after prompting the server. The main courses were delivered 5 minutes later before we finished the appetizer. We think our appetizer went to another table. Then the dessert menu had only 4 options and they were out of the one we wanted. Atmosphere and ambience was good. Entertainment is lively so don’t expect quiet and romantic. Bar was busy.

The food was very good. the ambience was nice, always enjoy sitting out in the garden. We enjoyed the music. A bit expensive and limited menu. All in all it was very nice.

We absolutely loved Tin Pan Galley! Ordered the Saratoga chips with blue cheese as an appetizer which we shared between 3 people and devoured it all, delicious. The scallops were prepared perfectly and the lobster sweet potato cake was a tasty accompaniment. Sitting in the garden listening to live music made for a truly beautiful evening. The only “needs improvement “ category is the devices used by the wait staff to order cocktails requires the servers to ask a list of questions so when ordering a simple gin and tonic be prepared to clarify ice/no ice and if you’d like a wedge of lime/lemon.

Tin Pan Galley is a beautiful place with an incredible outdoor space. The food was delicious and well worth the price with a great range of options. There was live music at the perfect volume to still be able to talk. The service was top notch as well. Worth the drive from an hour out

Had the Ahi Seared Tuna it was beautifully presented and the most amazing favours, truly a winner in all areas!! LOVED IT!! I would highly recommend it! Mary our server was so pleasant and attentive, all staff are super friendly.

We looked forward to our visit to Tin Pan Galley, but were let down with the experience. The food is on the innovative side, but not (yet)!up to their namesake. I understand that Sackets Harbor area is in an affluent area, but the fare they are serving is overpriced. I don’t know how big the kitchen is or how large the kitchen staff is, but it seems to take forever to get food out of the kitchen no matter how early you come, or how many people are currently being served. I had the Thai steak salad, my wife the soup and grilled cheese. We waited 45 minutes to get our food after finally ordering. I asked how reluctant the cow was to offer up the steak, or if they had to drive to St Lawrence county for the greens. The wait for those items ( ( most of which should have been ready- only the steak strips and grilled cheese needing preparation - maybe heating the soup, though it didn’t come piping hot). I fear the price and slow output from the kitchen will be their downfall

This was our first experience at tin pan galley and we enjoyed it very much. The live music was great. The diners were dancing. It was a lot of fun and the food was good.
