Being Goleta Locals we love this place. Great for a quick lunch and a beer or for a special occasion dinner. We are always welcomed with a big smile and a “Welcome back!”. Service has always been outstanding, we love the history and ambiance of the building, and the food is consistently wonderful. This place feels like home.

Service was incredibly slow. It was Father’s Day and Graduation. It took us 1 1/2 hours to get our food.

Stopped by for late lunch. Essentially empty and we’re setting up for a big party later. Not sure if that had anything to do with it. The food was so so. My medium rare Tri tip was very tough and difficult to chew. Left me disappointed.

Great steakhouse with that old world and rustic vibe. Food was very good, large portions, service outstanding, and best of all, we could actually hear each other speak! Lots of SB restaurants are very loud and off-putting. This is a very casual and comfortable restaurant with a great menu and good food that is reasonably priced. It’s a bit of a drive, but well worth it!

I always love the duck confit at Timbers and the fish selection looked delicious as well. Our waiter was excellent!

The service was excellent; however, our waiter delayed bringing some extra requests we had like butter, extra dressing, etc. Everything was very yummy, but our ribeye steaks were a little grisly. Overall, we'd definitely go back when in the area.
