Timberline Craft Kitchen & Cocktails is where a casual atmosphere meets an upscale environment in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Centrally located to 7 world-class ski resorts in Silverthorne, Colorado, Timberline Craft Kitchen features a Colorado-sourced, global inspired cuisine with everyday brunch, dinner and happy hour Monday through Friday from 3-5. The bar menu features rotating Colorado craft beer, domestic and import wines and our specialty-handcrafted cocktails, all in a lively social atmosphere! Don’t forget to try our own award-winning Tree Line Bloody Marys!

    I was traveling through Silverthorne and found this restaurant on the internet. It was the best meal I have had all summer! The honey glazed salmon is delicious. My spouse had the short ribs and enjoyed them as well. Go there!

    Nous avons réservé sans vraiment savoir exactement ce que nous allions découvrir, tout ce que nous avons mangé était délicieux et de plus produit uniquement du Colorado Mérite d’être découvert et de plus personnel très gentil

    Food was great, Colorado-only alcoholic beverage choices were great. Cocktail size was small.

    I usually love this place but they were out of the impossible vegetarian dish so I ordered the mushroom burger, and that was disgusting. They need to provide an alternative vegetarian dish.

    I have many food allergies and it can be difficult finding food that I can eat, while dinning out. Our waitress was amazing and the owner came and discussed all the possibilities that they could prepare for me. The dinner was amazing! The grass fed steak was the best beef I have ever had! Everything was delicious! The hospitality, comfort, delicious food and superior service was greatly appreciated.
