Timberline Craft Kitchen & Cocktails is where a casual atmosphere meets an upscale environment in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Centrally located to 7 world-class ski resorts in Silverthorne, Colorado, Timberline Craft Kitchen features a Colorado-sourced, global inspired cuisine with everyday brunch, dinner and happy hour Monday through Friday from 3-5. The bar menu features rotating Colorado craft beer, domestic and import wines and our specialty-handcrafted cocktails, all in a lively social atmosphere! Don’t forget to try our own award-winning Tree Line Bloody Marys!

Excellent service and the fried Asian chicken was very tasty. My wife ordered the special - pasta with seafood (shrimp, lobster) - which was good. However, they were very light on the seafood which was NOT a good value for that $38 plate.

Really great craft cocktail menu and unique choices for sharable appetizers. The bacon wrapped dates with blue cheese are especially good

We ate at this restaurant twice on our trip. Whoever created the menu should be commended. When I saw the drink menu I figured I would be in for a treat. We tried a specialty margarita that was different from any I have had and wonderful. The way the dishes are executed is unique. Even the way the burgers were made was well thought out. I highly recommend trying the BLT burger, the cornbread (like no cornbread I have ever tried) and the vanilla crème brûlée (so many vanilla bean seeds in the bottom). Great attention to detail. I highly recommend!

The best place in Silverthorne near the outlets and Keystone! Good and inexpensive with sports in TV! Great happy hour and burgers, soup, bone marrow is the real deal.

Everything we had was wonderful - Brussels Sprouts, Sweet Potato Soup, Short Ribs & the burger which I was told was “the best I’ve ever had” by my companion. We will defend be back!

This is the third time dining here with our two adult children and their partners. We stay in the area for our annual ski trip and Timberline never disappoints! We enjoyed great drinks, appetizers, ordered a variety of entrees and ended with the warm skillet chocolate chip cookie. We all consider ourselves foodies and the entire experience was wonderful! We will return!
