Tilly’s Table is taking your dinner reservations now. The restaurant, located in the lodge on the county-owned Tilly Foster Farm in Brewster, will highlight organic and locally sourced ingredients.

The menu features organic NY Strip Steak, Alaskan King Salmon, fresh Maine lobster and many more scrumptious cuisines.

Nice place. Nice people. Braised short rib was dried out. Herb crushed tenderloin was tough. Vegetables and salad were good.

I have been here multiple times with excellent service and food. Last night was horrible from start to finish. Had to ask for refills on cocktails. Reservation was for 6/45. Food came at 8:45. After served they never came to check how it was. I took one bite and pushed it away. It was overcooked and cold. No one at table food was hot. But no follow up. Staff was even talking about how long we waited as they dodged us and pointed at us. They substituted sides without alerting us without even double checking. Horrible experience.

Unfortunately the service was very lacking. We sat and waited for food for almost 2 hours, and the waiter came over maybe 3 times in total while they were seen chatting with other wait staff by the bar. When one of the party asked for a lemon they brought it out with a bare hand… The food was good but not worth the experience and lacking for the price of the dishes. When we mentioned the slow service no manager was brought over even at the mention… Had high hopes and will not be back, really sad for a farm to table place with well sourced food.

We live so close to Tilly’s table and was our first time there to eat. Everything was perfect. Will definitely be back again.

The staff is awesome, the food was good and the serving size was great for the pricing! Drinks were also good, overall, I will definitely come back.

Brussels sprouts just boiled, not browned, with glaze. If they added chopped pork bacon, it would enhance flavor and make it a much better dish. The charcuterie board had a good variety. The bread was too soft for the tomato/bruschetta topping. The cheese (provolone, I think) was too creamy and mild and could have been hard and sharp. The waiter was nice, so was the fireplace. A little background music would enhance ambiance - as well as small candles or flowers on the tables. (It's farm to table, so to bring some outside elements in would be nice.)
