Much like the family property where it’s located, Tillie’s menu takes what’s familiar and infuses it with an array of innovative international flavors, creating a new set of rules for cuisine in Central Texas. Join us for a modern interpretation of classic gourmet dishes and a celebration for what lies ahead.

The concept behind our award-winning dining experience can be described as “American Nouveau" cuisine that borrows cooking traditions and techniques from all around the world to create something new and exciting.

Through its breathtaking architecture and innovative menu, Tillie’s lives the American Nouveau concept. The restaurant’s building, a repurposed town hall from the Ninh Binh region of Vietnam, is the physical embodiment of an experience that takes inspiration from history and cultures.

Join us Monday through Friday at Camp Lucy’s own Tillie’s restaurant between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. for an experience that combines English tradition with Texan flair. Indulge in a three-tiered delight featuring classic English scones, delectable sweets, and elegant sandwiches. Complementing this feast are premium teas and sparkling wines. Wow just walking in the door of the restaurant was a beautiful experience! Lovely decor. All the Staff was enthusiastic and welcoming. Food was amazing. One of the best meals I’ve eaten this year.

Tasty brunch with, as always, outstanding service. The cinnamon roll was drier than I like, but the icing was excellent (not overly sweet). We also enjoyed the Caesar Salad, Seafood Benedict, Belgian waffles, Pork Chilaquiles, home fries, bacon and sausage along with a few brunch cocktails. Everything was delicious.

I took my best friend to brunch to celebrate her birthday! I let the staff know ahead of time that we were celebrating. Everyone was so sweet and made her feel special. The staff was very attentive. The food was wonderful. We split a cinnamon roll, which was amazing. I had the Pork Chilaquiles, and she had the Crispy Chicken Sandwich. I have no complaints. We both had mimosas and ended our meal with coffee and a birthday dessert. I'm already planning my next visit; everything was so good.

Wonderful dinner with friends. Pierce was an amazing server. And we had the opportunity to meet Chef Meredith and complement her skills! All in all a great experience.

We had high tea service for my birthday and it was incredible. The food, the service, the ambiance- all 10s. Our server, Rachel, was an absolute sweetie pie. Everything we ate was out of this world good. The beef Wellington was especially tasty. Can’t wait to come back.

Great dinner! Each member of the staff was extremely accommodating, engaging, polite and professional. The atmosphere was more than expected, comfortable yet elegant with perfect lighting. Beautiful historical-imported architecture with modern touches creating great curiosity and conversation on the building alone. The food was extraordinary. Advertising the locally sourced products pulled me in. Experiencing the flavor, texture along with the presentation of the food was perfection on a plate. I’m not sure what was better - the food, the service, or the incredible atmosphere!! Everything was perfect! We were celebrating a wedding anniversary and it couldn’t have been better!
