Food was cold. They forgot two orders. Steak had to be sent back as it was overcooked. Service was terrible.

Food wasn’t great. Terrible service. Took over an hour for 1 round of drinks. The drinks were anlso poorly made. Extremely over priced. Pretty view was really all it has going for it.

Food was okay nothing special, drinks were bad, when asked to fix the drink the bartender told the waiter no. Waiter could not explain the price difference between certain items and neither could the manager. It was rather disappointing. This place used to be great a few years ago.

Friendly staff, but food for brunch was kind of expensive and not tasty at all. The best thing is a water view.

The music was SOOOOOO loud!!!!! Know it was an Italian Festival but the music was just pounding pounding with music from the DJ….

We had reservations and they sat us right away but then we waited 25 minutes for a waitress to come over to take our drink order, but waited another 15 minutes to get our drinks. The food came fast but I couldn't get the waitress's attention to let her know it was someone in the group's birthday. This is the second time this has happened when we there before the service was awful.

The service was very fast once we ordered, but it took a long time to have the server come over to take our order initially. We had to ask for water, plates, and utensils after our food arrived. The utensils and plates were wet. The food was not that great. We ordered a basket of fried clams, calamari and shrimp, but that’s not what they seemed to be. I couldn’t tell what it was. The Tiki burger was average. Cooked well but didn’t taste like much. The drinks were great. The ambience was cool, there was a really good DJ, there was dancing. I would definitely go back for the bar and get drinks and to dance after dinner but definitely not for the food.

Arrived by boat. Checked twice launch was working. We arrived only to find launch wasn’t working. No way to ferry 10 people from boat to pier. Shame no one called. Host could care less. Obviously nor could restaurant. This is high season. No excuse. Such a shame. Old tiki was great , this one not so sure as main reputation amongst boaters was moor up and be picked up at your boat and taken to restaurant. This was only one of the very few reliable destinations locally that can accommodate boats. Such a shame they don’t care.

We visited Tiki bar for the white party event on August 18. The service was excellent, Connor was our server. and so was the rest of the staff, exceptional. The ambience and the fact that you’re on the water is very nice. unfortunately food is mediocre at best and very over priced. Drinks over priced. We started with the fried calamari nothing to rave about ,Very mediocre. I had the codfish tacos boring just blah. The only one appetizer that I actually enjoyed was the coconut shrimp that was about it. And then also the parking $20. Will we return ? yes maybe for the events, not for dinner. Maybe a cocktail or two and the coconut shrimp.
