    If I could write a 0 star I would. Made reservations a month before, was my friend’s bachelorette, planned for her mother and 8 month pregnant sister in law to drive 2 hours to meet the soon bride to be all to find out that the reservations were canceled as the kitchen was closed. Was not informed, was not provided with an email, phone call or any heads-up. The service afterwards was rude and absolutely horrendous. It’s restaurants and people like this that truly do disappoint me.

    I ordered the gnocchi which tasted like it was reheated from a can. My partner ordered the beef flank which was over salted and tough. Service was slow and multiple drinks were either forgotten or double charged in our party. Only one waiter and one food runner were working for the whole restaurant.

    Group reservation done by multiple people because app only allows 6 maximum reservation per person for a total of 20 people we needed. We arrived and restaurant was empty with only 1 wait staff for 20 people. Our reservation was at 745 pm and we didn’t get our meal until almost 9 pm. The bread was stale. Drinks were good and some meals were acceptable but some were mediocre.

    Main waitress/manager was great. She had to step in when it was at a bad place. Original server = awful attitude and messed up every order. Half the menu was unavailable. Very bizarre atmosphere. Worst bang for buck. Plenty other spots for better quality, service and $$.

    Mediocre food and expensive. The waitress was great. Second time we try this restaurant, at different time, and we stand by what we wrote "ok food at high prices". Disappointing.

    Not impressed, it was more an extension of the lobby than a true restaurant that I am used to from other Westin hotels. Overpriced

    Steak was chewy; when mentioned to server, he shrugged and said it was supposed to be like that due to being sous vide. We have been to many steak houses worldwide, this was just a bad steak. Portions were small and seating was very limited. Antipasto was quite disappointing-cheese with mostly consisting of rind. Gnocchi tasted like it came processed. I will not be going to this resto again.

    Service was very good. The servers were very good, unfortunately the food was not….. Limited menu, overpriced, sub-par. They cook right at the bar. Too many negative things to say about the food quality, easier to say - all food was sub-par.

    Awful experience. Even with a reservation, we waited 50 minutes to be seated because they did not have enough staff for the 5 occupied tables. The food was not worth the inflated prices, with a $34 for unseasoned risotto with 3 small scallops. They did not tell us that they no longer had a dipping sauce until we asked for it after we received the dish. Our waiter’s response to our frustration was to try to lay on a guilt trip and then to blame the youth of today for not wanting to work. I can empathize with staff shortages but not with the poor quality food, unreasonable prices, and bad customer service. Honestly, this was a bad experience from start to finish and certainly not worth the $130 spent for two people.
