Located on the Lower Ground Floor of the luxury shopping location, the cafe features a striking interior décor which mirrors that of the famous Blue Box Cafe in the Tiffany flagship store on Fifth Avenue in New York City.

We are unfortunately not able to cater for a SOYA Allergy or gluten free and dairy free allergy combined, or a diabetic customer for our Afternoon Tea offering or breakfast due to the nature of a set menu and our culinary offering.

Food was sub par. Sandwiches were ok - loved the crab sandwich but the salmon was dry and cucumber sandwich didn’t have much taste. Loved the Harrods rose champagne. Tea was ok. Not worth the price. Server was friendly and helpful. Asked us to leave after 1.5 hours but no one else seated after us. Weird. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

We had a lovely experience at The Tiffny Blue Box Cafe. The food and service was excellent. It was definitely something that everyone should do at least once in their life.

Just an overall mediocre experience. Nothing terribly bad but I did have higher expectations. I think they are leaning heavily on the novelty of the venue rather than the quality of the service or fares

That was a tricky one. With all honesty I don’t think that the afternoon tea at the blue box is worth its price compared to others in London where you pay the same amount. In fact the desserts you can get them at the food hall and the sandwiches were NOT wow. The service and the atmosphere though were 5/5.

I was rushed because it was the last seating a 5:15 I got there a 5:13 I was seated right away i ordered a nut allergy plate, the server asked me if we would like the cakes now we were eating the sandwiches, we told her no but the other server bought out the dessert tray 1 minute later, I ordered another set of sandwiches a second time they came out the bread was a little hard on one side and not filled up the way it was the first time, when i ordered more sandwiches at 6:23pm i was informed the chef left, the restaurant closes at 7:00 but i guess everyone wanted to go home i will never book a tea at Harrods again ill find another tea, next time i'll try Sketch, or the Dorcester hopefully i can get better service

Our booking was taken for 5.15pm. Our plates were cleared from underneath us at 6.30pm and the cakes boxed (the dessert served in the glass jar was simply removed as it could not be taken away). Sadly, we were unable to enjoy the full service. Perhaps the restaurant could consider not accepting later bookings that it is unable to fulfil ?

Cant believe you charge adult prices for children , and offer as many hot drinks as you want , but charge for water , ridiculous and absurd
