Located on William Gunn Jetty, Tide has become a favourite with Manly's locals and visitors to the area since opening in 2016. Drop anchor at Tide any day of the week and enjoy fresh breakfast, tapas or a meal, and of course, a great selection of Australian, New Zealand and international wines. Really dissapointing. I’ve had a few lunches here and its hit and miss. Yesterday was the worst. We always order the ‘just feed me’ which is a few small courses. The food was good but 20 minutes between each plate meant that it took 3 hours for lunch. Two of us had to leave after 2.5 hours to return to work missing the last course. One lady who didn’t order the feed me because of allergies had to wait 2.5 hours for her main. They seemed indifferent. Avoid.

Great location. Hard to fault it other than potentially the parking on a weekend. We did order another main and it didn't arrive but we were not charged. The 2 entrees were large enough for smaller appetites. One wine was happily replaced after finding it wasn't a great selection. After ordering meals service began to suffer but wasn't really an issue

We enjoyed a delicious meal last night. We actually chose the feed me deal! We thought we'd get multiple small appetizers,but they were 4 large servings of mains plus a desert! OMG. Way to much food but it was all delicious! Mushroom soup followed by calamari then a slow cooked brisket rissotto then a gorgeous curry. Hot chocolate oozie brownie to finish. 2 feed me banquets would be enough for 4 people. Thank you chef the flavors were delicious and quantity was extremely generous. The young ladies serving us were very polite, courteous and attentive.

The food was ok, the venue if good, the service missed the mark. One of our meals never turned up after following up twice and no-one came with an update on the meal. We had finished our meals before someone came and asked my brother if he still wanted his meal. Very poor.

We regularly use Tide on the Jetty, however on this occasion taking friends from Adelaide for breakfast saying to them "this is one of our favourite places' to be very disappointed and embarrassed. Firstly the waiter looked like he had just got out of bed, one hot drink was forgotten, the girl making the drinks had a very sour face never smiled once, only one poached egg came with the sourdough had to ask for another, ordered another hot drink (1) it sat on the counter so long it was nearly cold we actually got up to get it then the waiter came over. The restaurant was not busy so no excuse. We will return to give them another chance as we like the position of the restaurant and always had good meals and service so hopefully it was just a blip.

A lovely location for Friday afternoon drinks with friends. Happy hour has ceased but it’s been replaced with an even better option. If you choose a glass from a list offering red, white, sparkling and non-alcoholic drinks it comes with a complimentary side plate of food. Wonderful value, served up by attentive, happy staff. Definitely returning.

Loved our Dinner, Staff was exceptional did forget our drinks but no biggie and was a bit noisy but not sure how you avoid that. I had the slow cooked Lamb Shank.. perfect .. Overall 9/10 Thank you
