The food was not great , gumbo was served cold , sweet potato fries was refried and soggy with oil . Catfish had way too much batter . Chicken with waffles was awful Pecan Waffles were good .

Great location, close to home. Inside is bright enough, great interior, and clean. Food was amazing of course, great portions. There were 11 of us including 3 kids and our food came out in decent time actually. Everything we ordered came out perfect. Will come back here again for sure. Our server Victoria was a sweetheart and take really great care of us, so please thank her for us! 🫶🏼

The food and service were amazing! Our meals had so much flavor and were delicious. The staff was very attentive and kind. I highly recommend checking them out. We will definitely be back again!

Excellent food!! Seasoned to perfection- every item ordered. Maw fries - delicious and enough to share for the table as an appetizer. Fried oysters were exceptional. Our server was attentive; however it appears that the kitchen set her up for failure. It was clear that she was working hard covering what appeared to be too many tables in different areas of the restaurant. When our food arrived, we were minus an entree which had been prepared not just once & taken by another server but twice!! Unacceptable. Everyone at the table had finished their entree & we were still waiting for one entree. We felt badly for our server embarrassed about the because she was dealing with an issue that was not her fault. She handled it professionally but it didn't make up for the delay. Nevertheless, we will return because the food is so good.

Breakfast food: sausage patties overcooked and very dried out. Eggs very over cooked. Biscuit dark brown hard, way over baked. Nearly impossible to bite. Romaine Salad: lettuce spine on all pieces were amber color from rot. Very minimal handful of salad in bowl with a very small sprinkle of a portion of diced egg and veggies. Served in a very wide rimmed large bowl. This could easily been sold as a small side salad. $14.00 was the peice. From the height of serving platter being brought to the table we thought we we about to be served impressive dished, it was quite the opposite. It took 15 minutes plus 4 reminders for a coffee refill. We would be hard pressed to return.
