This experience will feature traditional harvest favorites plus a bountiful tour through the unique dishes of Tia Carmen and Kembara by celebrity chef Angelo Sosa. Seating will be offered in both Kembara and Tia Carmen restaurants. Your selection for indoor or outdoor seating requests are pre-assigned during the initial reservation. The Grand Mercado will be served on the patio between both restaurants. Non-alcoholic beverages are included in the price. Tax and 20% gratuity applies to all checks, no discounts apply. A credit card will be required for all reservations at the time of booking. In the event of inclement weather, all reservations for outdoor seating will be accommodated indoors.

The vegetarian tasting menu was truly inspired. The wine pairing was well done though I would suggest adding a cocktail pairing option as our pre-dinner cocktail and the anejo tequilla with the flan were superb. Anytime I am in Phoenix I will have Tia Carmen high on my list.

Good but odd wait times for drinks and time between app order and ordering entree. Waited until we were essentially finished with the apps and then i had to ask to order our entrees. Then at the end of the meal were rushed out by the hostess. She was kind but we paid our bill and then stayed for approximately 10-15 more minutes and then were asked to leave for another table. We were a party if 3 at a 4 top. As walked out, i counted 4 other tables that would have accommodated this other group and many outside. She offered a round of drinks, but we declined. I have never been asked to leave a table .

We went for dinner and it was set in an absolute lovely ambiance. Server was very friendly and cheerful. Food was delicious and presented beautifully. Drinks were good, not the best I have had but still good. I would recommend this restaurant if you are looking to be in an "it" spot that looks trendy and hits the expectations of a special night out.

Wow a foodie’s delight! Had the Chef’s Table which was well worth the experIence and price. If you are a foodie, this is a must try restaurant when you are in the Phoenix area. Everything we tried was of a delightful flavor! The main entree the delicious steak was more than we could finish so we did a takeout of the remainder and the paired potato. Thank you to the Chef for the wonderful experience. Looking forward to our next trip to Phoenix so we can visit Tia Carmen again.

Food was bland, no flavor or zest. Fish was over cooked, and chicken slimy. Afterwards, went to another restaurant and ordered appetizers. Service was slow.
