What a treat to dine at a restaurant, Tia Carmen with chef Daniel Arias in the desert! Coming from Los Angeles and being well traveled and well fed - this restaurant does not disappoint! The service - thanks to Miguel was excellent and the food - so many fabulous tastes, your senses will be aroused and the presentations were beautiful ! It is an experience you should not miss. Enjoy, Enjoy, Enjoy - Don't miss out...

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Beautifully designed restaurant where we were greeted by a lovely hostess who was very polished and well spoken. We sat inside. There is an outside terrace which would have been lovely as well. Yolanda our server was outstanding. She made a few suggestions at our request. All of which were delightful. The menu is full of tantalizing tastes, exquisitely prepared and all of which were a wow to view and taste. Yolanda and the chap who brought each plate explained the particulars of each plate. They were very well trained, articulate and delightful. Wonderful experience Chef.

The service was impeccable, our hostess wished us a happy anniversary upon arriving as I had noted in our reservation. We ordered a bottle of wine to share and never had to touch the bottle to refill our glasses, our server was attentive and always did so before we’d need to. The restaurant is very clean and had a great aesthetic. My husband and I shared their snack plate, we both had steaks and shared a side dish. It was perfect! The Denver steaks were some of the best we’ve ever had, and were far beyond better than what you’ll find at the local Mastro’s. After ordering a dessert to split, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary dessert box as well. Each menu item presentation was so unique and visually appealing. Cannot wait to return again!

Great new option in the desert! Food felt Michelin star quality. Creative beautiful dishes, service was top notch. Overall a welcome new venue in the desert.

Last night, my husband and I had an amazing experience at Tia Carmen. The presentation of the dishes truly engaged all the senses, and we were constantly surprised by the authenticity of the food. The service was absolutely phenomenal—everyone was so generous and attentive. We left feeling impressed and fully satisfied. I will definitely be back!
