Truly an amazing experience we have not had in awhile dining out. Miguel took care of us and by the end of the night we felt like family. The menu and all of our choices were presented in detail regarding the fusion of ingredients, and the meaning behind the dish - and of course delicious! An outstanding addition to the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort.

One of the finest restaurants by far in the valley. A must attend and true contender for our valleys first Michelin star. Thank you to a truly outstanding and wonderful staff.

Too many foamy dishes without enough texture, e.g., appetizer of corn flan with corn was virtually undetectable. The ember roasted yam was listed with appeared to be entrees, but you only 2 bites for $22. It was delicious but laughable. Overall, the presentation of food was beautiful but borderline ostentatious. I really wanted to love this place.

Amazing menu with a wide variety of flavors. The small dishes were very complex and eye opening. Myself and our 2 boys had an amazing meal. Thanks

When looking at the menu, think of tapas. We were weary of going in, but the waitress explained how the menu was laid out. Definitely was a great date night with cozy atmosphere. Definitely great for adults, not great for small children

Service Exceptional. Expect an experience when dining at Tia Carmen. A foodies paradise of unique surprises and unusual parings. Everything excellent. Not dining for the faint of heart or those seeking the "same old-same old". You must take your time to savor the menu as well as the meal and decipher its delicacies. Engauge with the wait staff as they will be your guide on this journey, most of us have not been on before. Everything fresh and excellent. Expect the unexpected. Don't be bashful when ordering. Again let your server be your guide.

The atmosphere is gorgeous, service is attentive and kind. The food was sensational. The Romain salad with egg dressing was so delicious, I wished it lasted forever.
