A new rooftop restaurant in downtown Easton. Now open on the seventh floor of The Commodore building. Thyme Rooftop Grille offers a progressive New American menu thoughtfully designed by executive chef Brad Shive. The restaurant offers a extensive cocktail list and wine program for guests to enjoy as they dine overlooking the Delaware and Lehigh Rivers, College Hill and downtown Easton.

Overall, great experience. $5 valet makes parking a breeze; tables a bit cramped but most are on windows overlooking river and provide really nice view. Food is the high point, well-prepared and presented. Asian short ribs especially enjoyed; I had veal cheeks, extremely tender and paired with polenta cake and spinach, though beef broth medium a bit heavy. Salads also noteworthy. Wines are worldly - may varietals and countries included, mostly lesser-known vineyards and wineries at about 250% markup. A few glitches tonight with wine and appetizers related to service - appetizer comped by Manager - but these were minor in comparison to what was an overall very nice experience. Will definitely be returning.

Our server Emily was very friendly, the food was excellent, the drinks very good. Overall, we had a very nice dinner. We had dined there last year and were very disappointed with the quality of food, but they changed something because the food and plating was excellent. We definitely will be back. Thank you !

Thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. The ambiance is nice. The bar is nice. The food and the service were excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant if you will be in the Lehigh Valley.

My husband and I love this restaurant. We love the View sitting by the window. The food is delicious. The drinks tend to be expensive,but overall it’s a great dining experience.

Always an amazing dining experience! We were celebrating a birthday and the evening was wonderful! Attentive service! Amazing food! Warm ambiance with a great view. Convenient Valet available, too! Definitely worth a visit!!

This restaurant has a great menu. The price points are available online. Be prepared for a decent bill when you go as you should be well aware when you’re walking in the door. Our service was great. We decided to get appetizers and drinks before we went to go see a show. I will say one thing that I did not like with charcuterie board. It certainly lacked and could have used another run past the chef hands before it hit our table other than that a great place to design just do your homework before you go.

Everything was wonderful, very hopping place and so at times a little too loud, but it means great business and lots of fun :). Servers and bartenders all so sweet with great hospitality
