A new rooftop restaurant in downtown Easton. Now open on the seventh floor of The Commodore building. Thyme Rooftop Grille offers a progressive New American menu thoughtfully designed by executive chef Brad Shive. The restaurant offers a extensive cocktail list and wine program for guests to enjoy as they dine overlooking the Delaware and Lehigh Rivers, College Hill and downtown Easton.

Whether you dine indoors or outdoors at Thyme, the ambiance is fantastic! Beautiful views of downtown Easton, very nice decor, and romantic and intimate setting. The food is delicious.

The Rooftop dining experience is special for this area. The food was delicious. The restaurant decor/environment reminds me of a larger city look and feel. Very well appreciated in our local area.

Third time at this restaurant in the past 6 months. Thought it was excellent first two times. This time the food for all three guests was sub par -including desserts. Markedly decreased flavor. Halibut tasted like it has nothing on it and was dry. The Wagyu hybrid beef was so-so and not worth $65 for sure. The pasta special was ok - too sweet with red pepper sauce and crab. Both the tart and peanut butter pie desserts were not very flavorful. The drinks were very good. Overall definitely not with $270 plus tip. Probably won’t return

Great food, ambiance and service. Excellent and interesting cocktails. Beautiful, heated outdoor roof terrace. Delicious truffle yucca fries! Great place to celebrate a special occasion.

My boyfriend and I went to Thyme for his birthday. We got seated by a window with a very special view. We could not stop talking about how delicious each bite was. We got the crab and mango egg rolls (I could have eaten 100 - pretty small portion); he got the sesame crusted tuna and I got the short ribs. We split a delicious peanut butter chocolate cake for dessert. Everything was spectacular.

Our waitress Lindsay was great.....the food very good.....the view from a window seat is terrific, but the restaurant is load. And a music speaker was right above us.

Waited too long for a table even with reservations. Lots of open tables. Food service was slow. Food was excellent.
