A new rooftop restaurant in downtown Easton. Now open on the seventh floor of The Commodore building. Thyme Rooftop Grille offers a progressive New American menu thoughtfully designed by executive chef Brad Shive. The restaurant offers a extensive cocktail list and wine program for guests to enjoy as they dine overlooking the Delaware and Lehigh Rivers, College Hill and downtown Easton.

Absolutely wonderful! The crispy Olives were so yummy and our entrées were delicious! Two of us had the sesame crusted Tuna which was perfect, one had the salmon and she couldn't stop raving and the other had the pasta special which was a schnitzel. Our view was fantastic, the waiter was very attentive and personable and the overall vibe was great! Run. Don't walk. Go to Thyme!

Our waitress was delightful! She asked about food allergies and made recommendations based on our tables needs. The timing between courses was perfect. We had the filet and pasta special, both were delicious. The view of the city makes the evening a treat

The food, the drinks, the staff, and the view! Not to be missed! Brunch on a Sunday was exceptional! The French Toast, the Burrata, the Sweet Potato Hash, all recommended!!! Make a reservation, and run there!!!

We had a window table. We got there early enough to watch the sunset. The food was amazing! My husband had the pork chop & I had the Asian short ribs. The she crab soup was delicious & the Cesar salad was perfect with just the right amount of dressing. Sometimes the dressing can overpower the salad. Dessert was just ok so for me I’d just have coffee. Beautiful place with excellent service!
