Following a previous excellent visit and meal, I was extremely disappointed this time round. A table was booked for 1430, confirmed via email and upon arrival was left standing for 10mins whilst the young lad was dithering on the computer. Eventually he asked us who we were and said that there were no tables available. After stating our reservation, he simple replied 'that's how it is'..... The manager overhead our displeasure and quickly made a table available. After waiting a further 25mins, we had to return the manager and ask for our order to be taken as no one had attended our table. I proceeded to order the 3 meat option, only to be informed that the Pork had finished. Alternatives were ordered. In the meantime, tables were emptying and new clientele arriving. ALL were served immediately and food consumed. To our dismay, our food was absent...... The Manager approached us and asked if we were waiting for our food, and obviously we were furious that our order had been overlooked. 2 drinks were removed form the bill as recompense. Certainly won't be rushing back

A group of 4 of us visited for a birthday catch-up. The food was lovely, the staff were friendly and accommodating. I even had a candle in my mini dessert. The venue was decorated for Halloween which was nice, looking forward to seeing what they will do for Christmas. We had such a nice time that we booked in for the festive menu.

The atmosphere at the restaurant was lovely, but the food was ok, nothing out of the ordinary, portions were on the smaller side. Have been to other restaurants with better value for money,

Really friendly service given , great Halloween decorations 🎃. Extremely accommodating with my mums birthday cake for us to celebrate her 85th! Good food, thank you

It was a shambles, our table wasn’t ready, then we got stuck by two brick walls on kids chairs almost, then got moved to a bigger table and when the lad went to move it , it fell apart. Don’t wait to be seated in tiny chairs we left the restaurant.

Really lovely friendly staff and nice ambience. A good choice if you are looking for lunch off the A2

We went with out 3 year old and we're greeted really warmly, we had booked as it was a Friday night but it was still quiet at 5 when we arrived however got busier as time went on. The staff were lovely, I didn't get the name of the lady that served us but she was fantastic. The food was delicious and fresh even my daughter ate most of hers which is unusual for eating out. We'll definitely be back soon, in fact my daughter asked to come back tomorrow 😂
