    Subject: Formal Complaint About Our Recent Dining Experience Dear [Restaurant Manager’s Name], I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the experience my group and I had at your restaurant during our recent visit. Unfortunately, several issues left us feeling dissatisfied and regretting our choice to dine at your establishment. 1.Preorders Not Fulfilled We were not informed that our preorders would not be fulfilled on the day of our visit. This lack of communication caused unnecessary confusion and frustration. 2.Starter Quality The bread served with our starter was rock hard and completely inedible. This is unacceptable and far from the quality we expected. 3.Main Course Issues The turkey was served cold, and the Brussels sprouts were undercooked and hard. This lack of attention to food quality was very disappointing, especially during what should have been a special meal. 4.Dessert Presentation and Service The dessert service was particularly disheartening. The ice cream arrived melted and was carelessly shoved onto the table, causing it to slide off. To make matters worse, it was not replaced, which reflects poor etiquette and a lack of basic customer service. Last Christmas, we dined at the Harvester, which offered better-quality food and service at a significantly lower price. Based on the reputation of your restaurant, we had high expectations for a memorable experience in a beautiful setting. However, we left feeling let down and as though we had been overcharged for subpar service and food. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as we expected much more from your establishment.     Staff were great very polite and very attentive. Food was great value for money and also a good sized meal

    Party of four enjoyed the Festive menu, superb food and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were excellent and very attentive. We will definitely be returning as we have been here on a couple of occasions now and have always found the food and staff to be first class.

    We were celebrating my husbands 73rd birthday. It was fairly busy with some groups having their Christmas party/meal. We have eaten here a few times now and the food has always been cooked perfectly and been well presented. The staff are friendly and helpful. There was a slight discrepancy between the description on the menu and what the kitchen had so we had to return a burger as there was an additional topping that didn't appear on the menu. The manager was very apologetic and promised to get the menu amended to reflect the full list of ingredients.

    Hadn't been there for many years and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was great, hot and tasty. The waitress was run of her feet but nothing was too much for her. I would certainly recommend. The only grouse would be, a coffee would have been preferable instead of a pint of lemonade

    Love the ambiance in this pub, great decor. Roast dinner was probably the best I’ve ever tasted. The service was good considering how busy it was. The is an amazing pub with delicious food now . The manager is a great asset and has really turned the pub around

    Food was excellent and well priced. We were advised when ordering that there may be a delay as they had a large table booking, but we had no undue wait. Staff very friendly and attentive.
