Three Birds is a Chef owned and operated restaurant located in Corning's Gaffer District on historic Market Street. We are just blocks away from the world renowned Corning Museum of Glass and just around the corner from The Rockwell Museum.

Three Birds culinary team begins every day with a plan...gather the freshest ingredients including locally grown organic produce, prime and Kobe beef, and wild caught seafood. All ready to be assembled a la minute.

Food was amazing. Service was great. It is pricey but deserved because it was such good food with large portions.

As always, an excellent experience. Very friendly wait staff, excellent food, and the ambiance is warm and inviting. Always a wonderful night when we have dinner at 3 Birds.

Food is also excellent and service superb! I am a picky eater and always asking if something w the entree can be changed and the chef is always so accommodating!

When in Corning, NY if one wishes to dine in simple, understated elegance where individual preferences are met with superior wait staff, perfectly crafted presentation and an eclectic, 5 star menu then Three Birds should appear on the itinerary. Fine dining at it's very best.

We had delicious lamb chops, and the service was quick and friendly. The noise level was a bit high.

We were seated in a far corner table. It took the waiter 25 minutes to take our order. Even though it wasn't that busy. She was too busy conversing with the table for four adjacent to us and a single table opposite us. She did a good job ignoring us and not really attending much at all. I told her I didn't want any salt or pepper on my pork and vegetables and wanted my pork to be cooked medium. . When she delivered the food the pork was overcooked and the potatoes were salty and beans were overcooked. I was way disappointed with her poor service and failure to attend to my dietary needs. This place looks good on the surface it clearly doesn't deliver.

Excellent menu options and service from initial seating through dessert. Highly recommend and next time in Corning, would definitely revisit.
